Brewers fans are ruder than Cubs vans
I am a Cardinals fan, and I have been to games at Wrigley Field and Miller Park. Brewers fans are far and away ruder than Cubs fans to visiting fans. on top of that the ushers at Miller Park showed little or no interest in bringing the rude Brewer fan under control that was heckling my son who was wearing a Cardinals hat. Brewers fans are mostly unknowlegdable and mean

First all-weather retractable roof stadium with all the lights, fireworks, huge concourses and parking galore
I've been to all the ballparks with retractable roofs; I wouldn't wish to rate the others, although I've been to some, like SFO, Phoenix, Yankee Stadium, Fenway, Wrigley Field, etc..Ugh, Wrigley is the worst, Fenway, second last. Who cares about nostalgia? I want a seat located where I can see the game.Miller Park is not just a game, it's a show and there are no bad seats. Also, I hear this guy (probably from the flatlands) who says the team is bad and they don't get enough fans. Has he been living under a rock? We're tie with you bubba and we are going to beat the Cubs and go on to win the World Series. This comedian guest on WGN says 'root, root, root for the Cubbies' and then adds that the Brewers are too young to win, 'they must average seventeen.' Then, Uecker keeps getting an invite back to Chicago to sing the 7th inning hymn and shouts 'root, root, root for the Brewers, you can root for the Cubs' - that takes guts and that's the kind of guts that makes an organization. As for small markets - there are no small markets in sports. If there were they would soon disappear. Green Bay is not a small market team even if the population is only 125,000. If they were small they would not draw sell-out crowds and they would re-locate. I don't think anyone can count on that ever happening. To conclude, I've lived in Chicago (ten years) and Milwaukee (35 years). There is plenty to do in Milwaukee for a weekend visit, prices are lower, it's a nicer looking city and much easier to get around. My son lives in Chicago and he only goes to games at Miller Park. He despises Wrigley Field and won't go into the White Sox neighborhood.GHMOshkosh, WI...

Preferred County Stadium
I'll only go to early season games (March-May). In the hot, humid Milwaukee summer the roof will most likely be closed if there is even a slight chance of rain on gameday. I'm hoping this was only due to the malfunctioning roof, but if it a general guideline they use.prepare to sweat!! With the roof and outfield panels closed on a humid 90 degree day the stadium is stuffier than all get out. Maybe I'm a baseball purist, but all baseball should be played outdoors. The only advantage I can see to having a dome is that people coming to the game from out of town don't have to worry about a rainout. Tailgating is a must if coming to Miller Park. Get to the stadium early, set up your grill, toss around a baseball, have a few beers (and a DD), turn on Uecker and listen to the game. Stadium gets a rating of 4, tailgating gets a 10!!...

Great for families, birthdays, dates.. everything
Ever since I was little, my parents would take me to ths stadium. It's great for kids to get involved in the games and family time a big deal here. Also good for couples when they want an evening out. The seating is great anywhere and the food is amazing. A little pricy but the game is worth it. Even though the home team doesn't always win.. the time spent there never seems to get dull. They keep the fans involved with trivia's on the big screen and also with the music. Tailgaiting is always a must when going to Miller Park because the parking lot was pretty much built for it. Also, it's a tradition in my family to go their for my birthday. They put your name up on the big screen and make you feel like a true fan.

not bad for having a roof
I have been to about 8 or 9 games at miller park, so I feel i have a pretty good opinion on its quality, even though I am a Cubs fan. I have had seats all over inside this place, and unlike its Chicago neighbor, there are no sight obstructions as far as I could tell. Ticket prices are very affordable, and it suprisingly has a good atmosphere for a "new age" facility with a struggling ball team. The Brewers- Cubs rivalries are shaping into some very enjoyable games year by year. Im not too big on the "Bernies dugout" thing where he slides down after a home run has taken place, but I guess it gets the kids going. Overall, if youre looking for an enjoyable game, w/ comfortable seating, and an enthusiastic yet sparse fan base, I highly recommend the home of the Brew Crew.
