No longer a skeptic...
I was skeptical of accupuncture..period. I have sleep issues and suffer from migraines. The first time I met with Dr. Clairborne I was wired and stressed. She was thorough in her consultation, professional and very imformative. Her wonderfully pleasant personality was very reassuring and immediately I was at ease. By the time I got to the car I felt mellow and calm and slept like a rock for the next two weeks. I now see her bi-weekly for auricular accupuncture (look at me using holisitc lingo..lol) and love it!If you're looking for an alternative, a life change, weight loss, a natural organic lifestyle or need life coachinglook no further! She is amazing! You will be doing a disservice to yourself if you don't come see about Mind Body Spirit Wellness....

Absolutely Fantastic!!!
After years of pain as a result of a broken heel bone much earlier in life, I gave Dr. Clairborne's acupuncture treatment a chance. WOW! To say relief was immediate would be an understatement. Whether the relief continues or not remains to be seen. But for now, I'm a believer. It's not perfect. And there is still some discomfort. But the excruciating pain is gone and I no longer limp. And, oh yeah - Dr. Clariborne is really pretty cool!. You can't go wrong here.

Wonderful exeperience...
Dr. Maiysha Clairborne is wonderful! She is thorough, professional and knowledgable..she knows her stuff. She has great energy and made me feel very comfortable. Enough to have accupuncture done.
When I arrived at her office I was wound up and uptight she placed a needle in my eardidn't feel a thing in or out..she's good..and I felt some activity in the area and she explained what was going on..I was totally at ease and comfortable.
By the time I left her office, I was relaxed and more focused, I slept like a rock for the next two weeks and have been sleeping better since. Being a person with sleeping disorders this worked out great for me.
I'm sold. I was pleasantly surprised to say the least and I think it's something everyone should try at least once. Once you go there I assure you, it won't be your last....

Definitely not your everyday physician!
I voiced my health concerns to many doctors before I met Dr. Clairborne. She is the first physician to take my concerns seriously and to look at the complete picture; not just individual symptoms. I finally feel like I am on the path to true overall wellness thanks to Dr. Clairborne!
