My first job with mini jobs ~ and they did a fantastic job. They replaced the faucet in the kitchen of my parents' home. and patiently answered any questions my dad had. Faucet was done well.... Couldn't even detect that a repair had occurred. Very happy with their service. And making a list of other things to do in my home and in parents' home :). Office staff also great!VIEW MORE »VIEW LESS »

So rare to get a response from contractors who will reply to emails, pick up the phone, and do what they say they will do, when they say they will do it. David and his crew did all of this and really impressed me with their attitude and helpfulness. Good work, good communication, and excellent response times. A rare treat these days.

For excellent workmanship, prices and communication this company can not be beat. Because of gas leakage a couple of window panes were replaced, not the whole window. Also a few windows had rotten wood on the bottom of the frame. Did not have to replace the whole window, only the wood that was affected. This company saved us money by being able to do these repairs. They were able to do electrical and plumbing work for us as well. we could not be happier with the results of their work. They are fantastic! You can not go wrong in choosing them and I highly recommend them.

Once my window was done, it was a great, clean, well-functioning job. Actually getting them out to my house was more work than I expected. And the number of times they had to reschedule reached comic! I would absolutely hire them again, as I trust they know what they are doing and they will do jobs others won't. But this time, I would put reminders in my calendar to follow up and call THEM the day before to make sure they can still make it! LOL!

We had our home broken in so needed a window fixed quickly. David not only did the job within two days, he also helped make sure we got the right historic glass to match our old windows. I'd call them with any future handyman need again!

Larry is "the Man"! He came, he saw, he knew exactly what to do, and did it quickly and efficiently, saving me money by staying within the Minimum time allowed! Even had time to review and quote another project for next time! HOWEVER, didn't like being over billed with the promise of a "discount" if paid promptly and then being told by Owner (after expressing my dismay) " we're not a bank"!

Two men from Mini Jobs came, did the work in two different parts of the house quickly and cleaned up thoroughly. In and out with no problems and the outside light and disposal are working perfectly. I saved a lot of money by hiring them instead of going separately to a plumber and electrician.

This went fantastic!† We started by making contact and got a very fast response from David. This was followed by an estimate breaking down all elements and costs (I liked that) and emailed to me in PDF form. We were off to a great start! Our team (Chris & Floyd) were very nice, personable guys. They were unobtrusive, attentive (we work here & have pets) and helpful with their tips and answers to questions I had. Did a great job for us and got it all done in only 3 days. Mini Jobs was not the cheapest nor the most expensive quote we got. But, the professional way it was presented and explained...we felt comfortable and confident to move forward and sign with them. Yes, I would refer them again, as a matter of fact they are starting work on my other bathroom now! I guess that speaks for itself.

Mini Jobs expanded a bathroom and did a complete renovation. The work was well done at a fair and transparent price. The entire job took less than 3 weeks, even though it was a very complicated job and a lot of work. It was very easy to work with Mini Jobs an the bidding system is intuitive and transparent and easy to work with if you want to make any adjustments on the project. Good, honest, caring and hard working people.

David Wise and teammate Allen came to my rescue. I had a pipe burst in the basement ceiling and we had 6" of standing water within seconds. I could not turn off the main water supply until we figured out it may be in the water meter at the end of the street. Mini Jobs stopped my leak, cleared the rooms of carpet and padding and did a great job. I'm so thankful for David & Allen and look forward to finishing up the job with drywall & flooring repair & replacement.

This was the most unprofessional job I have ever had the misfortune to contract out. The workman arrived to set a post for mailbox with no post hole digger. He used my brand new one (which I was going to return to the store) to dig a hole 16" in diameter and set the post, in concrete, over a foot too low even after my having printed out clear instructions from USPS for regulation height requirements. THe rest of the job went worse and worse. Minijobs informs me they have been setting posts for mailboxes for 25 years. All of them in a hole as big around as a car tire, 2 feet deep with a post so low that the USPS can not put mail in it from a mail truck?

I have uploaded a picture of the mailbox in our album. As you can see, the mailbox fits exactly where the Post Office requirements (that you printed off) show that it should. I came out and checked the level and plumb. We replanted grass around the area. We added extra concrete to make it stiffer to resist the vandals you said had damaged the last mailbox and post. When I checked with you after planting the grass, you said everything looked fine. I donít see any way to make it more perfect. Please let me know if we missed something.
I needed work done on a custom size garage door and was referred to David of Mini Jobs by two separate people - a real estate broker and ANOTHER handy man. I contacted him and we worked out a plan of action on my door all over the phone because I was traveling at the time. The work was done as promised, as quoted and delivered quickly. LOVE IT when that happens. If I weren't moving, I would just cut a key for David and his crew for any fix-it job I have.
