We started building a pool with Mirage 6 weeks ago and while they've made great progress they are no where close to the schedule they quoted. Per them it should be done by now and we're sitting here... it a concrete pool waiting for tile/stone work. They've promised to be here then don't show up, then promised again and again making excuses about weather and issues at the concrete plant. Work looks good, but getting very tired of excuses at this point.VIEW MORE »VIEW LESS »

Great pool options, happy with quality of work, just unreliable with timelines and seems to be a complete lack of project management.

When my wife mentioned she would like a pool, all I could think of was what a headache! I am very meticulous with my lawn and the thought of tractors, mud, debris and workers was just not something I wanted any part of. I would have never guessed that it would end up being the best decision I would make for our family. After research and careful consideration, we selected Mirage Pools to handle the project. Yes, I did have to tolerate the mud, workers and process that took place in building our pool, but it was not anything like I envisioned. Mirage Pools employees were courteous and considerate of our property and they did a great job in keeping us informed of each phase along the way. Now, rather then sitting and looking at a well manicured lawn, our family is enjoying quality time together in our own private oasis! Thank you Mirage Pools for a job well done! Roger

We had our first swimming pool built by Mirage Pools in 2014. And let me tell you, building a swimming pool is not a headache free endeavor. From a bulldozer tearing up your yard, to pallets of concrete and building material sitting around until needed, it’s not easy. So the challenge is not how easy the project becomes, but rather how does the swimming pool contractor prepare for the problems and handle the unexpected. Mirage Pools could not have done better. They knew what they were doing and most of the credit goes to Chris Powell, who oversaw the project. He patiently answered our calls with “newby” questions and made adjustments to the project when necessary. Along the way we’ve had a problem or two. When we call, Chris takes our phone call and has it fixed with no argument or attempt to place blame elsewhere. To me this is what matters when dealing with a company or contractor – how does the company stand behind their work? Chris Powell is a great asset and representative for Mirage. I would like Mirage to please thank him for me. I would not hesitate to use him and Mirage again.

My kids can't wait to dive in their pool when Spring Break gets here. Mirage cam through, they said that it would be completed by Spring Break and here it is 4 days to Valentines day and there is water in the pool. I won my bet with the neighbors they said it would'nt be done until the middle of summer, I am glad we went with Mirage Pools.

I just had to let someone know how our new pool construction went. I had the best experience with Mirage. Everyone said it that having a pool installed would be the worst, but it wasn't. I would say Mirage made if a painless experience. Thanks Mirage

Mirage did a wonderful job building my dream pool, from start to finish! Dave and Chris were great at designing and supervising throughout the whole process. We had some issues in the beginning regarding the initial layout of where we wanted the pool, but it turned out to be a permit issue and they were able to rectify the problem with the county. They kept us informed every step of the way and the results are beautiful! I would highly recommend this pool company!

Mirage Pools built a great pool for us! From start to finish it went very smoothly, the salesperson listened to what we wanted, not like the other guys, designed us a beautiful pool, and the price was within our budget and no surprise cost!! The supervisor was on the job often and made sure everything was perfect! They even gave us three free months of pool service!!! Thanks!

My compliments to the Mirage Pools staff. They called me every day to let me know the current day schedule. Some times it was good news and some times it was not, but just knowing what to expect allowed me to respect their work ethic. Design a little different then when we first started, but I was able to recieve compromises for the changes. Would recommend this pool company to anyone who runs their own business. They are all about customer satisfaction.

It was a cold winter day when I decided to sign up with Mirage Pools. I didn’t realize that it was going to take 5 months to be able to start my pool project. I unexpectedly had some issues with my yard. I am here to tell you that the persistence that my salesman, Mark put forth in trying to get my permit, including the variance and many different approaches on design, I never thought it would happen. Now that my pool is complete, I am so thankful that Mark stuck with it. I would not have been able to do this alone. The pool construction was completed within the time of the contract and was comforted by Chris throughout the whole project, until the very end. Upon much to my surprise upon learning my instructions throughout the pool, I was given two robes to both me and my husband. This to me is the best personal service that I have received from any major purchase that I have done throughout my lifetime. I hope my name goes on their referral list, because if you call me you will be sure to end up with a Mirage Pool after I get done with you. The grateful one!

Our pool project got off to a rocky start with the hole in our yard becoming a muddy mess when the rain would not stop! In spite of mother nature, Mirage Pools continued the construction process. Each day our concerns decreased as they worked their way out of the mud and into pouring concrete, overcoming all odds and delivering a great end result! Great job Mirage Pools! LWJ

Mirage Pools has an amazing group of people and we are so happy that we selected them to build our pool! We interviewed three pool companies and selected Mirage Pools because of their in-house service, quality of product and most of all the people. Everyone seemed eager to answer our questions and keep us informed each step of the way. Beautiful quality workmanship now compliments our home and brings joy to our family each time we step out our door. Thank you Mirage Pools!!! mbc

Having Mirage Pools build our pool has been a delightful experience. From our first communication with the office providing us with answers to all our questions to direction in the step by step procedure of building our pool. Knowing everyone was a Mirage Pools employee, was a huge comfort to us during the overall construction process. Our family is now enjoying our beautiful pool, thanks to Mirage Pools! We would highly recommend them to anyone considering a swimming pool. Best investment and decision we made since buying our home!

Signed a contract at the beginning of April and put down a $6,000 deposit. Received word from the salesperson that a landscape setback was preventing the pool. Long story short, could not get the permit or a variance and asked for a refund of deposit on the 22nd of April. After a plethora of texts, phone calls and emails, I finally got a refund of my check minus $500 for I assume preparing the permit application (I'm in the wrong business, I should be preparing permit applications apparently). Frankly, preparing a permit for a job you are going to do should be a cost of doing business, turns out it's passed along to the consumer whether the application is successful or not. The price was great, the plan was immaculate and I'm sure it would have been a great pool. Just be aware that if the permits aren't approved, you will be out $500 and you will wait over a month to get the remainder of your deposit back.
