Exorbitant and Disingenuous, 7/06/2011

6 outlets and a ceiling fan: $2600. A 2 bedroom home can be wired for $2500. Constant pressure to upgrade, overly talkative workman trying to "be my friend". Their "on time or the job is free"... guarantee is a scam. Am currently 'negotiating' but have little hope. Unless you're a lonely little old lady with plenty of cash, pick a local guy to do your work

I appreciate any customer taking the time to review our company. The only way we know if we are doing a good job or falling a little short is if someone provides us feedback. My name is Shawn LaPlante and I am the General Manager at Mister Sparky. I personally met with this customer at his home and he explained to me what happened. After discussing the job in some detail I suggested to him that he only pay what he felt the services were worth and he did just that. This is what we mean when we say 100% satisfaction guaranteed, if you’re not happy than we are not happy. We try very hard every day to make sure we are providing great value to our customers and we will learn from this experience how to make our services better.
