Not to name names (Mr. Electric), but we were in a state of shock to learn that it was going to cost approximately $4,000.00-$6,000.00 to install a weather head!! Mr. Electric's technician informed us that we not only needed to have a new weather head installed, but our entire circuit panel and wiring needed to be updated. I suppose Mr. Electric's technician noticed that we were first-time homeowners with no electrical knowledge and decided to take advantage and scare us into believing our home was in immediate danger of a possible fire if we did not do the updates. After calling our parents to discuss Mr. Electric's proposal, we were convinced we needed to call Mister Sparky for a second opinion. All I can say is - thank goodness for Mister Sparky and Bobby! Bobby was an absolutely wonderful, informative, and knowledgeable technician! Instead of focusing on making a sell, Bobby was more concerned about our needs and what we could afford! I would recommend everyone use Mister Sparky for their electrical needs and beware of companies like Mr. Electric!

I had some electrical issues in my condo and after doing some research and reading reviews contacted Mister Sparky. I had an appt btwn 10:00AM- 1:00PM. The rep called at 10:30AM to let me know that the electrician would be there in appoximately 20 minutes and then Elner showed up. He was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain and show me what needed to be done before he did anything. There were a few items that I knew about and there were others that I was not aware of. He was there for several hours. We replaced several light switches, 2 closet lights and a breaker switch. A total of almost $600. When he left I saw the light! LOL. Elner did suggest an additional $2,000 worth or work, not sure I am going to do that. But overall very satisfied with the service. It was a considerably more than I expected but not sure what the normal price is. Elner was great. A++++++++++++++++, all the way.

We had to have our electric service checked so we contacted Mr. Sparky after hearing ads on the radio and the great reviews on Kudzu. Benny, the Mr. Sparky Electrician, came to our home about 12:30 PM, 15 minutes after the scheduling person called. Benny was ready to listen to all of my issues and questions, and answered what he could before the full inspection. After we talked Benny went right to work performing a full home electrical inspection. He completely exceeded my expatiations in checking all crevices of my home and finding things I expected him to find and ones I didn't. My Wife and I sat down with Benny and discussed all of the different options and we decided to fix the most important items on the list. He went right to work and completed all of the projects we wanted him to do by 5:30 that evening. All of the work was completed perfectly and cleanly. I have to say, after being in this home for over 10 years and having many various professionals come in to fix different things (HVAC, TV, Appliance, etc) Benny was the most professional, courteous, and knowledgeable in his trade of anybody that has come into our home. I can say that we will continue to use Mr. Sparky for our future electrical work as long as we can have Benny come to our home!

Eddy Thoman came to give us the cost estimate for the work we needed. He was very personable and knowlegeable. Tim Lee did the work and we were impressed by his work habits. He did his work in a timely manner and cleaned up behind himself. He supervised a helper and they worked well together. Your employees need to be kept as they are an asset to your company. Today William from Mr. Sparky came to our house and handled my list of electrical needs in approximately 2 hours. Superb customer service and very professional. So happy with his work that I will be scheduling another appointment for a few more electrical projects.

Scott was great and informed us about alot of informatin we were aware of and very patient in answering our questions.He didn't rush us or try to sell us something we didn't need. I will highly recommend him and Mr. Sparky to our neighbors and friends which we have done with 2 other compamies that we have had for 12 yrs and everyone we recommend them to have used them all the time.Extremely well impressed with Scott and what Mr.Sparky standards. Thadd Rogers and Shane McGeehin were on time, extreemly professional, did a work up of all of the possible problems I have that I was not aware of and did a great job fixing the problems I knew about. I have had a number of different electrical people work on my house but now I have one place I feel I can trust with all my work.
