We had a curb cut down and a driveway approach removed/replaced. Jeff and his crew did the job at a very competitive price and in a timely manner. I'm very happy with the quality of the work. They made many trips out here to make there were no loose ends, including putting topsoil in the voids where the forms were and patching a small crumbled spot in the adjacent sidewalk. It has only been a couple of weeks so far but I have no reason to believe it wont hold up. Judging by the forms it has to be at least 6 inches thick, so I'm sure it will be more than adequate. Despite some bad reviews here I'm glad we chose Jeff and I have been very pleased. I will be calling Jeff any time we need concrete work done. I have been in customer service for 15 years and always said people are 10 times more likely to leave a negative review than a positive. So, while I'm sure people's complaints are valid, the internet can often be very one-sided since happy customers often won't take the time to give a review unless there is a problem.

We had a new driveway installed by Jeff Mitchell in the summer of 2007. Initially, the driveway looked fine. However, the driveway began pitting the first winter. We were not using salt or any de-icing agents on the driveway. We had a concrete inspector from the state come out to look at the driveway and we were told that the problems we were facing were the result of the concrete being allowed to dry out too quickly. We have raised our concerns to Jeff, since he gives a 5 yr warranty with the concrete. He has said on numerous occassions that this will be made right. Our first contact with him regarding the problem was March 1, 2008. It is now September and we have no resolution in sight. BTW, 2 other individuals on our street have experienced the same issue.
