After two failed ivfs due to poor eggs quality, we went to RBA for its egg donor bank. The staff there is great; they communicate efficiently via email, I loved it! Dr ML put me on a Lupron depot regiment for 3 months prior to the ivf cycle due to my stage 4 endometriosis (improve chances of implantation); my previous ivf dr did not suggest that. Then Dr ML allowed my regular obgyn to do the 27 blood tests required and a polyp removal to save us money (Dr ML wasn't within my BCBS network at that time).. Dr ML gave my obgyn instructions on the polyp removal. For our actual ivf, we had a tough time getting my lining thickness up; Dr ML adjusted my meds and was patient (instead of foregoing the first cycle). We transfered 2 blastocysts and froze 4. I am now 10 weeks along and just "graduated" from RBA. :) I highly recommend RBA and Dr ML. :)

Dr. Mitchell-Leef and her team have been an integral part of my life for the last year and it has been such a pleasure working with them. She truly cares about her patients and becomes fully vested in the outcome.

Dr. Mitchell-Leef's staff is wonderful. They are very responsive, caring and understanding, and extremely good at what they do. I would highly recommend them - I have a beautiful baby now because of them!
