After having an eye exam at Mobley Eye Care I went Costco to have my glasses made ( far too over priced at Mobley Eye Care ). After 2 tries the folks at Costco insisted the prescription was incorrect and I should go back and have the eye exam redone. When I called Dr. Mobley's office I was told they had a 30 day re-exam time limit, this was the first I heard of that. It had taken 45 days to discover the problem, so I would have to pay for another exam. Needless to say I went to someone else who was willing to stand by their work. I realize the office has a 30 day policy, but I was not informed of this when I had the exam. As it turns out Dr. Mobley's prescription was wrong. Also, watch out for their ridiculously priced frames and lenses. You will pay 3 times what you will pay at Costco. Check out consumer reports if you don't believe me.

I purchased glasses from Mobley and thought they were a bit too high in price, so I checked around with other stores and found out Mobley was way too expensive. When I questioned Mobley, they became rude, claiming their product was better. When I asked better in what way, they became very defensive and even more rude and never explained exactly why their products were better. In reality, their frames are identical to frames sold on the internet and at other area stores, except Mobley's prices are way abover everyone else. Their lens prices are also way above anyone else. I knew I would go somewhere else next year. However, during the year I was wearing Mobley's product, I went there a few times for adjustments, only to be rudely spoken to asked if I had purchased the glasses from them, because they would have to charge me if it was not purchased from them. Say What ? Any optician anywhere will make free adjustments, even if you did not make the purchase from them. Not Mobley, they will charge for repair and adjustments. Even if you bought the glasses from them they act like they are doing you a huge favor by adjusting and doing a minor repair on your glasses and that on top of their way above market prices! Avoid Mobley. Glasses are cheaper anywhere else you buy them. Mobley prices are outrageous.
