Modern Eyecare of Medlock

I have a young adult daughter who is developmentally delayed. Rebecca has cause to fear doctor, dental, and vision appointments because of multiple surgeries - including craniofacial surgery, eye surgery, and extensive dental work. Dr. Woo was so kind and patient with Rebecca that she and I were both able to relax as the most thorough eye exam Rebecca has received from anyone except her eye surgeon (at age 5) was performed. The result was a fitting with only the second pair of glasses that I have been able to get my daughter to wear faithfully in years. Most doctors give up and do a halfway job of examining her. The glasses were very reasonably priced, attractive, and have held up well. Thank you, Dr. Woo!

I have not encountered a more incompetent eye doctor. The staff is ok but the facility and service is not what it is advertised to be. The eyeglasses are not top of the line. I don't know who wrote the previous review but the experience was a disappointment!

They have a great, modern, clean facility. The staff is great - very personable, friendly, and attentive. By far the best experience I have had at an eye doctor - I felt like I had been going there for years even though it was my first time. They took the time to explain everything. Highly recommended!

I have never had so much fun at the eye doctor. There is no waiting room - you are greeted with friendly personal attention from the time you arrive until the time you leave - they were so helpful and knowledgeable when it came to selecting contacts and eyeglasses – I look forward to my next check up!
