My wife and I both worked out of town quite a bit these last 2 months, so we invited both of our parents to come in and visit this spring for a weekend and stay with us to catch up before the busy summer season gets going. Our house is 2800 square feet and as you can imagine after traveling extensively for the past couple of months it was kind of a mess, and neither one of us had the time to clean before they got here, so we call MMS, and talked to Mandy on the phone and she explained the charges very clearly to us, and set up an appointment where we could let them in and begin. Stephanie and Shamika showed up right on time, and came to clean with supplies armed to the teeth, and ready to work, my wife was shocked at how efficient they were and truly displayed teamwork, laying out a game plan on what we wanted and how they were going to do it. There work was amazing, they washed sheets, changed linens, deep cleaned everything on the main floor of the house and stayed busy, not at a frantic pace, just a couple of girls that seemed to be very goal oriented, and hard working. My wife and I read some of the other reviews on here and didn't think they were fair at all, or really represent what we experienced with MMS, it was truly outstanding and we tipped both of the girls, and really wouldn't have any other cleaning service in metro ATL do our cleaning, thanks again for an outstanding job!

Awesome Service!!!!

I had bought a Living Social Voucher from this Cleaning Service and called and got put on the calendar right away. They came to my home prepared and ready t work. I met Mandy who is the owner and she was a woman owner which I admirer and very professional. They were on time and looked like a legite company. I would absolutely reccommend them to any of my friends or put them in my commuity newsletter. After they were done my home smelled great and my floors and kitchen are the most important things and the looked great. AmdI am very cautious when it comes to buying something on the internet. But I will definately have them clean on a regular basis. And there team was so polite and Mandy is a great woman who stays on top of things.

I have purchased several vouchers for cleaning services on Living Social, but this was unbeleivable. The woman who called herself the owner entered my home and threw the cleaning supplies on the top of the stairs, I had to move them to the patio just to walk down my hall. She then sat down at my dining table with paper work "she had to get done." She made personal calls on her cell phone for the next hour and a half, while the woman who worked for her cleaned my house. after making her phone calls and drinking my coffee she left to go pick up her son. The cleaner acted like she hated being there and did a sloppy job. the owner then returns and cleans nothing, Oh I forgot she just had back surgey and was recovering. She leaves again and 5 hours later after I am waiting for her cleaner to come upstairs and finish the house, I go downstairs to find the cleaner sitting on my steps with all the cleaning supplies thrown across my porch. She said she didnt feel good and needed a ride home. They never retuned to finish my home and would never allow them back in my home. I had to call the owner to come pick up her worker.Don't use them.

I have my house cleaned every two weeks but my housekeeper got into a car accident. So I found this service online and the owner sounded so nice on the phone. We negotiated that for my 2900 sq ft home it would be about $135, and that would be 2.5 bedrooms, 2.5 bath, and all of downstairs (skipped 2 bedrooms that we dont use often), but they were going to evaluate the price upon arrival to see if it could be lowered. This guy and his sister show up and have no clue about the price - they call the office manager who wants to quote me $195. After explaining my conv. with the owner she says the best they can do is $145 and thats for 1.5 bed, 2.5 bath, and downstairs. Im super upset, but I am 7.5 months pregnant so I needed the help. When they get done I go look around and it was HORRIBLE. It wasnt that I made them redo the cleaning, but instead made them actually clean what they "said" they cleaned but never touched. There was food in the sink still (they tried to cover it up with a pan), they didnt touch the stovetop. They didnt even clean one of the bathrooms. And what they did clean, was horrible. THey used windex to dust and whatever they used on the hardwoods was terrible. My husband had to re-clean all the floors because it was so sticky. DO NOT CALL these people. I wouldnt have them come back and clean even if it was free they are sooooo bad!

After taking all of my mom's things to my small condo when I had to move her to assisted living, I was literally overwhelmed with boxes for months. I purchased the Kudzu special to help get my house back to normal. Not only was MMS very patient, allowing me to re-schedule several times, when they did come & start cleaning, Ms. Sibley was not only very professional, making sure I understood the parameters of the deal before they started, but she also stayed herself for an hour to help me get the last of the boxes out of the way so her employees could clean. I was impressed with the job they did, their attitude while doing it, and the fact that between the three of them they spent over 11 hours getting my place as clean as possible. I definitely got my money's worth and will use them again.
