During my appointment I told the dentist/oral surgeon repeatedly that I wasn't feeling the nitrous, at all..and he answered me repeatedly that it was maxed out and pulled my tooth without it which caused a horrible reaction, a vasovagal attack and is the main reason I asked for nitrous before I ever made my appointment. Nitrous oxide is a colorless gas at room temperature with a slightly sweet odor and taste. I told them I didn't even smell any nitrous and was informed it is odorless. a blatant lie. he then tried to convince me it was my own body chemistry that made the nitrous fail.I have had nitrous at least 20 times throughout my life and NEVER has it just not worked AT ALL. I won't be going back because of him. I figure if you employ someone like him, then I don't want to be there.

This place sort of reminds me of a bad car mechanic... they make everything out to be wrong so they can charge more in the end. I had a dental exam there, and while the staff was overall fairly friendly, they weren't so likable that I'd consider going back.
