Monroe has been "The Family Lawyer" since 1972, 40 years. He's actually been "mine" since I was 8 years old and found myself sitting in the Judge's Chambers, a petrified little girl quite literally hanging onto Monroe for dear life. Together we went into battle 3 more times (and later 2 divorces). I assumed he would always be mine and the families. However, I now find myself on the opposite side of Monroe, defending my child's welfare in a frivolous custody battle. Want to guess who is acting like he's rarely had anything to do with me or the family? His whole attitude is - Really! 40 years is soooo insignificant! What's the problem? Why shouldn't I work for the ex-mother-in-law and take her money now? Why indeed Monroe?

I went back to court for a change of custody. Ferguson acted like we had a case against the defendant until the day of the trial. He made a deal in the court room and the judge never heard our case. On top of that he was 4 hours late to court!!! Beware he will not do what he says.
