We just finished spending two weeks on negotiation of purchase of High Point Manor MH home. Working on pool design and challenging lot situation took time as the lot has ridiculous buffers and tree save area behind the house. Tried to give them more business with a build out of basement and learned that they had accepted another contract -pulling the rug out from under us. MHH Sold out to another contract after we had invested weeks of time and resources to plan a pool and add more landscaping. Their agent did not return multiple calls, emails and ignored our request for information during the final hours of the negotiation. Without even a call to give us the chance to amend the contract, they rescinded their offer. Disgraceful. Beware.

Old tires, bottles, cans, trash on empty lots. Electrical, plumbing, window, and other problems. Trespassers, speeding cars, non responsive board.... WOW!!! Not good Monte!

I have been looking for a home for at least 6 months now. THEN, I found Monte Hewett. I walked in and fell in love with all the special attention that not only I received, but also all the special attention paid to my new home. I have met Monte Hewett personally (not just a name on the billboard), and I got a GREAT deal. Never before have I got exactly what I wanted...while I can't imagine moving again, my next home will definately be a Monte Hewett Home.

I bought a Monte Hewett Home over 4 years ago and it feels like I bought it last week. My townhome is so well built that I can't wait to build another Monte Hewett Home. I recommend Monte Hewett Homes 110%. He should be your "Builder for Life".
