Fransisco has been our HVAC servicer since 2010, and although he has had some problems with bad employees making him late or behind in schedule, he keeps his word and does a great job. He is VERY reasonable in pricing, too.

I called Francisco on a Thursday after my air conditioning went out. He said he could fix it the next day. I called him on Friday afternoon, after not hearing from him and he said he was going to be on his way in about an hour. I never heard from him again. So it is Friday evening, in the 90s outside,mid 80s inside, my 88 year old father and 4 dogs panting and I am stuck. Saturday came and still no call. I begged a wholesale supplier(the only ones open on the weekend) to sell me a blower motor and put it in myself. This was 3 to 4 weeks after Montell had "serviced" my HVAC and I told them that the fan was making a weird sound then. The language barrier was a problem. Mine is English, not sure what theirs is. Months before, I had also called Francisco and left a message for a service call and it was never returned. They will never get any of my business again!

We use Montell to install our HVAC into the basement. While, on site Fransico indicated that he had a 2nd company that could do the drywall. He gave me a price and I accepted it. When Fransico is after your business the charm is on. 1st impressions make the impact - yes we can do this, we can do that. He'll return your calls, he'll call when he says he call. However, be warned once he receives payment, and something is wrong good luck finding him. Buyer be warned

I met Francisco 3 years ago when he came to my office to give me a proposal for a commercial A/C unit. between 3 contractors, I chose Montel and it was a pleasure exprience. he has been on time with installation and mainenace.
