Horrible Customer Service
I've dealt with this Jeep dealership for the past two years and received nothing but horrible,unreliable service. Every time the vehicle was dropped off for service, no phone call was received when it was ready. I had to call and be put through the phone tree every time to get a status.
Service Representatives are rude and condescending. They also do not give you real expectations of service needs or time needed.
Now that my maintenance package is over, I will NEVER deal with this dealership again and I recommend you stay as far away as possible from this business.
