This dealership by far gave me the worst experience ever. The salesmen are liars, the general manager is the top sleeze ball of all time. They sold me a truck that had been in an accident(before carfax was popular), and lied that it hasnt ever been in. SPEND YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE.DONT LET THESE LOWLIFES GET YOUR MONEY....

I bought a 2008 town and country. The salesman lied about the price. It rattles. Service is very poor: time and quality.

I've dealt with this Jeep dealership for the past two years and received nothing but horrible,unreliable service. Every time the vehicle was dropped off for service, no phone call was received when it was ready. I had to call and be put through the phone tree every time to get a status.
Service Representatives are rude and condescending. They also do not give you real expectations of service needs or time needed.
Now that my maintenance package is over, I will NEVER deal with this dealership again and I recommend you stay as far away as possible from this business.

This dealer is the most direpectful place in Az. to buy a vehicle. This comes from the owners of the "operation" on down to their thugs. If you have a problem with them , take them to small claims court. No one cares about the "better business bureau".

I went in for the "Fall Special", which I let them know when I both scheduled the appt and when they were writing up the slip I showed him my e-mail copy.
At check out she said I had to "give" him the paper and that was why I didn't get new wiper blades.
I also requested a quote on fixing other problems and the check out person read it to me, but did not give me a copy.
Plus they wanted to charge me $215 to fix a leaky front CV joint and that it had to be repaired within the week. It was the 3rd place I'd been to asking them to check my brakes and the 3rd different response.
