Customer service is not friendly and communication between Whirlpool and Moore's Appliance is poor. I called Whirlpool to schedule a service appointment for my dryer. Whirlpool scheduled the appointment with Moore's Appliance Service and assured me they would be out the date that was scheduled. I arranged my work schedule around this appointment. At the last minute Moor's called me to tell they overbooked and would not be able to make it and told me I would have to find another service provider unless I wanted to wait until mid December. The receptionist was very uncaring.
