I gave the staff my empty bottle of medicine; and I went to pick it up and it was wrong. I am still in contact with them now to get it right...two refills later. I am not going back to them.
I have been seeing doctor Anderson for the last 2 yrs. & have been complaining about swelling in my legs but has been ignored. Now, my left leg has swelling & is black & blue with varicose veins. At... this point it has become worst & experiencing symptoms of storke. I saw him twice (3 hrs. waiting) in last 3 weeks but still is waiting for a referral. Phone calls to nurses are not returned in time.VIEW MORE »VIEW LESS »

The Dr's are great, but the nursing and scheduling staff are the worst. long holds and ghetto. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere that you are valued. The office is also old. Made me feel like I shouldnt touch anything.

My daughter has been to the ER 3 times and then finally her pediatrician for bumps that are all over her body. Nobody knows what it is and no meds have helped. I thought mabye her pediatrician Dr. Zuberi could help. I take her in and he is about to walk out the door. The nurse had to remind him that he had two more appointments! (Strike one). He looks at my daughter and does not test her for anything, he just goes off of what I said the ER at Kennestone said. Dr. Zuberi said "I can't help you." (Strike two)..he gets a phone call, picks up and talks for like three minutes to his wife (Strike 3)..in my mind I already knew that my daughter was not going back there. Then he perscribes me some medication that she already had, and he knew that because i brought in all the meds that she has been taking..so I at least said can you make the percentage higher, so he did. He wanted her to see a dermatologist immediately. He was going to call and set up an appointment and get back to me asap because this is serious and blah blah blah. That appointment was on the 27th of October 2011..it is Nov 9th and I have not received a phone call, a letter or anything regarding the dermatologist he wanted my daughter to see. What? Who does that! Something could be eating my daughters insides and i could have been waiting on her "pediatrician" and he didn't even call or anything! Good thing i did it myself without waiting on them..i just called to see y they haven't called and they couldn't answerme

Three doctors I saw in this facility were good. However, I was very irritated with poor service by nurses, operators, and the way they handle things here. I needed a call from a nurse to pick up a drug, for instance, but the nurse never called my pharmacy, so I had to wait until I saw my doctor. What if it was something directly related to my death? Who will be liable for my death? My medical test results were ready for the review, but the nurse did not deliver it to the doctor. Nurses provide poor service about arranging tests, delivering messages, and answering questions. They even lost my records. The medical record office is not any better. No follow-up, and you can't expect to hear from people working here about your questions, needed information, etc. How many times do patients have to call to have someone to let you know what the freak is going on? And nurses are rude, too. I had to stop seeing doctors here finally. I do not recommend this facility.

Hats off to Dr. Truddie Darden and Doctor David Anderson. All the kids in my family love Doctor D. She reminds me of a old school doctor she really cares for her patients and if you see her out in the streets she is the same sweet person ( group huge). Dr Anderson is a great medical doctor he always get to the root of the problem. Morehouse has two of the best doctors in Atlanta .

The doctors are great, even the staff is good (in person).... but, if you need anything over the phone (info, records, an actual person to speak to) you won't find it here. It is absolutely impossible to get anything done w/out visiting the office. If you leave a message, trust that there is a huge possibility that it will NOT be returned. This goes for everyone from the lobby operator to the doctors, and for all types of information from confirming appointments to requesting shot records. It's truly unacceptable in this day and time. I've since moved on.

While the waiting area and occasionally, the nurse staff (for call-backs) leave something to be desired, we will continue to take our daughter here as long as Dr. Truddie Darden continues her practice. Extremely attentive, great diagnostician.
