If you have a recently renewed HVAC service contract, dispute it while you can. They are going under. Called today because a "repair" they did actually made my a/c run worse and was told they no longer do heating and air and cannot fulfill any of their services contracts. The owner won't even speak to anyone!!!!!

I had a neighbor reccomend them to me when my unit 'froze up (?), they came out at the time scheduled- and charged a very competitive rate. everyone i spoke with at the company was friendly. i would use them again.

Morningside Heating and Air came to house to fix heater. We were told we'd need a new a new master control unit ($780) but should go ahead and replace heater (estimate $2400.00). We called and got a second opinion from In Air, Inc. and problem was fixed by them for $180.00. Honesty does exist, but not at Morningside.

Their 24 customer service is not true. I had my unit serviced with them and it was covered under a warranty..the ac stopped working at 9:30 at night. I called them and was assured that I would hear back from a technician that night. Next morning at 10:00 when I called back to find out what had happened their answering service said he couldn't find the technician in a very rude way. After not figuring out the problem the first 3 times they want to charge me a $150 travel charge again! That's over $300 spent with them and our AC is still not working. I would never use them again.

I would recommend against this outlet, or at least get multiple estimates before using them. They told us we needed work that wasn't necessary - Peachtree heating and air did it for half of what Morningside wanted!
