New construction; 5 months into home we have no hot water at the master sinks and one shower head. We paid $30k to Morningside's 'Plumbing Enterprises' and $60K to Morningside Heating & Air - both of which reportedly filed bankruptcy. Their owners are hiding behind this and refusing to correct the problem. Plumbing issues aside, we had to hire another HVAC company to rewire the HVAC units as Morningside installed incorrectly -- 3 of the 5 units were operating in 'emergency heat' mode -- cost us a fortune in power bill. Adding insult to injury, one of their plumbers worked on a neighbor's house and told them we were deadbeats & didn't pay our bills. Run, don't walk away from this company.

If you have a recently renewed HVAC service contract, dispute it while you can. They are going under. Called today because a "repair" they did actually made my a/c run worse and was told they no longer do heating and air and cannot fulfill any of their services contracts. The owner won't even speak to anyone!!!!!

I needed a complex toilet installed. They provided a quote and did an excellent job which required drilling through tile a wall and changing out pipes. I am very satisfied with the quality and service and would use Morningside Plumbing again.

I've used Morningside for years and been reasonably happy. Very good customer service, always on time, and very responsive. But mixed reviews on quality of work. For the 10+ jobs I've used them for, my satisfaction came down to which technician came out. For a recent job, 3 different guys worked on the issue on different occasions and could not fix the problem. They sent a 4th guy and he fixed it on the spot like it was no problem. Unfortunately for me, the first 2 guys did more harm than good which ended up costing me a lot of money and wasted time. Morningside made good on the money portion. But it was a huge hassle to go through all that.

Used this company for the first time a few months ago. I had a serious leak in the main service line (PVC) to my house. They arrived promptly for appointment; gave me a reasonable estimate for replacing entire service line with copper pipe; agreed to begin work next morning. Started on time; worked diligently for several hours; then a sudden heavy downpour occurred. They insisted on continuing in the rain in order to complete the job by day's end. That's real dedication! Final price was exactly the same as the estimate. What more could you ask for? I'll definitely use them for any future plumbing service I need.

I've used Morningside Plumbing for several repair jobs, including some "fix what I messed up" jobs. They come promptly and were very nice and didn't even tell me "you should have called us before you broke your sink trying to fix it your self..". I'd use them again.

Morningside has done several plumbing jobs for me. Depending on the tech they send I have been delighted or unhappy. Overall I would use them again.
