I was a Morton's customer for years. When I moved into a new house, I set up an appointment to sign a new service contract and for spring maintenance. The first appointment day and time came and went, no technician showed up. I rescheduled for a few days later. The tech was no show again. No one ever contacted me to apologize or offer an explanation. I guess that my business in not important to them.
