Mother Nature's Belly, LLC is a boutique maternity support services company focused on providing pregnancy related support services to women of color residing in Harlem, NY and Atlanta, GA. Founded in 2006 by Shanica M. Dash who envisions pregnancy as a natural process vs. a medical condition, Mother Nature's Belly is the only business of it's kind located in Harlem, NY. The second location of Mother Nature's Belly is now open in the Atlanta area.
Shanica is a Nurse, Childbirth Educator, Infant Massage Instructor, Breastfeeding Counselor, Postpartum Doula and most importantly a mother of 6 year old twins. The services offered at Mother Nature's Belly, LLC are Childbirth Education Classes, Pregnancy Massage, Infant Massage Instruction, Newborn Care Classes, Breastfeeding Support,Labor/Postpartum Doulas, Blessingway Ceremony Planning, Nursery Organization Consultations, Breast Pump Rentals and Infant Supplies.
Initial consultations are free and by appointment only.
