Took my scooter in for bad starter clutch diagnosis. It had been diagnose already from another shop. I want a second opinion. Got a call 2 weeks later from service dept. that they would need another $200 on top of the initial $70 to find out what is wrong with it. They also will not guarantee the starter clutch replacement will fix my problem. Vespa midtown(Moto Bravo) quoted $460 to replace the starter clutch. This job takes 1 hour to do. Long story short. took it back to the first shop and had it fixed for $140 out the door. Beware of the bait and switch to scam your money. Lesson learned, I should of check the KUDZU revies first. Will tell everyone to avoid this place!!!!

I went looking for scooters a couple years ago & visited there. The salesman was so pushy and scheistery. I didn't like the vibe, so I went somewhere else. Recently took it there to get a quote on some damage and they were going to charge me $140 to look at it, but roughly estimated it would cost $1500 to fix. Took it to another scooter store: that guy gave me a FREE quote & the work came out to be $650. I've never heard a good word about this place, now I know why.

This place is a joke ! They have no clue how to repair, mechanics show up at ten, leave for lunch at eleven thirty, back at one ,leave around four thirty. Check out how many scooter in back needing repair! Many have been there for months. If you buy one from them, know you are screwed when its time for service ! They will have it for months, don't believe it, look at their sign at service desk, they will not take one for weeks in advance!

I upgraded from a cheap scooter to a Vespa 150, 60th Anniversary Limited Edition Scooter. Moto Bravo was wonderful. At first I thought I'd get the 50cc but it just did not have enough zip so he had me test drive the 150. This was perfect for me - great scooter. I bought the premium service plan and Moto Bravo has been been excellent to deal with. I have not had any trouble with my scooter but have had it serviced. They got me in and out in a very short period of time. The sales staff is always very helpful. I have been in at least 4-5 other times and test drove other larger bikes. They have been very patient and helpful. I will by my next bike from them.

Don't bother with these guys. Yeah, Vespas are great, but I wish I hadn't bought mine here. Their customer service is horrid. If ever there's a problem, like one I've had, they'll just ignore you till you either go away or they'll string you along for weeks on end then just say it's not their problem, and "thanks for your money". If you want a Vespa, by all means, get one. Just don't buy one here. Save yourself the trouble of dealing with these idiots.

So... I made the fatal mistake of buying a scooter from Moto Bravo AKA Scooter Superstore. After buying into a "Priority Plus" service plan for $900 and when I actually needed the help that it was supose to be provided, Moto couldn't pick up my scooter because their truck was out of service and had been for over two weeks... THAT'S 2 WEEKS, not by next day GUARANTEED as stated in the plan. Owner rude and evasive when asked about service plan, threatened to cancel and the fun experience simply distroyed. Do not trust!
