worst in town!!
I had taken in my rims to get the rotors changed. When I went back to pick them up, one was damaged!! Not once did they offer to fix it, replace anything they had broken, or credit me for the removal of the rotor!! All I got was "sorry" and a USELESS rim I then had to replace.If you dont know what you're doing, just say so and I could have saved myself the hassle of trying to replace a $1000 rim for a $40 job!! Thanks, MTC. I avoid this place like the plague, everyone else should, too!!!

My name is Ken, I am the manager of Motorcycle Tire Center and I would like to take this oppurtunity to apologize to the person in which received poor service from our shop. I myself, have no knowledge of this situation and I have confronted my employees about it, to which they too, have no response. Please contact me personally at the shop and I will be more than happy to rectify the problem. We have been in business since 1970 for a reason, this is not the way we conduct our business.
