We've been taking shirts to the cleaners in this area for years and never have we paid $17 to launder 4 shirts. We requested HEAVY starch, but when we picked them up, they looked like someone had washed them and maybe ironed them, then put them on hangers. Honestly if I had done these shirts myself at home they would have looked better. When I called to ask why they did not starch the shirts and why they charged so much more than any other cleaners in this area, they were indignant and rude, just beyond non-cooperative. They did not even offer to re-do the shirts with starch. We paid $17 for 4 shirts that were not even starched. My friend took them her freshly dry-cleaned slacks, still in the plastic from the dry cleaners, to be altered. When she picked them up, they were altered, but crumpled and wadded, not even pressed. She couldn't wear them without having them pressed again.
