Mountain Park Plumbing

The headache and pain we went through working with Mountain Park Plumbing would make anyone go crazy. We spent $1,600 in bathroom plumbing renovation work and we are now left with a bathtub that squeaks and moves every time you step into it.

Richard, the owner, treated us with complete disrespect. The man could not handle the fact that the installation might not have been properly installed. He yelled at us on the phone, threatened us with lawyers and the made the experience horrific. Thank goodness for his son, Matt, who exuded professionalism during this process.

We would never recommend Mountain Park Plumbing to a friend, nor use them again.

Mountain Park Plumbing is a family-owned business in my neighborhood, and I like to patronize local businesses. Even though it wasn't an emergency, they were at my house within 3 hours of my phone call. They were punctual and efficient and very polite. Although I didn't shop around, their price seemed to be reasonable. I will definitely be using them again if I need a plumber!

The guys at Mountain Park plumbing are a rare find. I believe they are a father and son team and I've used them 4 or 5 times now for my own personal residence and a rental home. They are extremely prompt and their prices are always fair. I know when I call them I'm going to get an honest appraisal of my plumbing problem and not some overinflated "the economy is tight" price. In a day when it seems like everyone is out to "get theirs", Mountain Park plumbing seems to roll by a different drum, namely, good old fashioned customer service and no BS. If you need plumbing in Ahwatukee or West Chandler, give these folks a call.

Mountain Park is a family run business that is always quick to answer call, has a fair price. We have the same plumber every time and he is helpful, honest and does good work! They usually have a coupon in the Ahwatukee Foothills News.
