Great to work with!, 12/05/2011

We drove from Colorado to California in my daughter's older car loaded with her belonging. The car had a creak and we went this store based on advice from our Co mechanic. They checked the car... (without an appointment) and were so helpful. She just returned for some different work and they were terrific. And more than Fair. Thanks Guys!

Avoid Like the Plague!, 10/21/2009

I took my car in for a flat tire and got two new tires put on it. When I picked the car up it had the two new tires, plus FOUR newly damaged rims. All four rims had been scratched and gouged across... their entire surfaces. When I pointed this out, they first denied all responsibility and acused me of making it up. Luckily my wife had taken a picture of the flat tire that CLEARLY showed the rim in perfect condition one hour prior to their service.\r\rThe manager finally agreed that they were responsible but that he had to get clearance from his boss to repair it. After three weeks of him dodging my calls, I finally got a hold of the ""boss"" myself at the home office. He said no problem, and they would be happy to pay for refinishing all four rims. \r\rI took the car back to to have this done and ANOTHER manager now told me they would only refinish two of the rims. I agreed to the work, but said I still expected all four done as promised. When I picked the car up, he them called me a liar and told me I was a jerk for getting his technician in trouble.\r\rSo now I still have two damaged rims and the ""boss"" isn't returning return my calls. I was a ten year customer, and THIS was how they treated me. Just imagine how they will treat YOU.

Beware of Free Tire Rotation coupons

I had a coupon for Free tire rotation but they kept insisting on doing alignment also. I never had a problem with alignment so I did not do it. They did not even do the paperwork so they can deny that they service your vehicle. As soon as I got the tire rotation done my car started shaking on freeways when I reach 60mph and above. Its a scam so you will be back for alignment which is $169 service @ mountain view tires.BEWARE AND DON'T GO FOR FREE SERVICES THEY OFFER.

Great service experience

I had a great experience working with Mountain View Tire & Service. Being from out-of-town and needing emergency repairs, they were very fast, friendly, and willing to work with me on getting the service I needed for my vehicle. I knew what was wrong and called several other places such as Sears and Firestone and only Mountain View Tire was able to assist. They are open on Sundays which was awesome so that I was able to get back to Phoenix on the same day! Very appreciative.
