Moxie Java Bistro

Warm, kid-friendly environment with awesome coffee and quality bistro food at great prices. What a joy to have in the Decatur/Oakhurst neighborhood! These guys care about their community and the customer experience.
Check out the fresh, baked-daily scones and cinnamon rolls, or sit and have a glass of carefully-selected wine with one of Michael's pasta creations. (Parents, you can do all this while the little ones play in the large kids area -- filled with great toys, a HUGE chalkboard, books, and even a movie area.)
I am hesitant to post b/c in some ways want this to stay our little secret getaway! However, it's just too good to keep to ourselves :)

PROS: Comfortable place for a quick bite or coffee gathering. Staff is very friendly, lots of space, kids area. Has subtle features not found in many other establishments (like gelato, warmed coffee mugs, syrups for teas, etc.).
CONS: not a sports bar, 1 TV, no greasy food.

This is a great new restaurant. The food was delicious, the menu was really tempting and everything was so comfortable and relaxing. I will definitely go back.
