As dishonest as they come
I called these people to get a quote on a repair for an outdoor outlet that stopped working. The electrician came to my house and noticed that the rear outdoor outlet wasn't working either. He initially wanted to charge over $200 to repair them, but when my wife refused he called the office and gave her a "discounted" commercial rate of $174. Wisely, my wife still refused. I had forgotten all about it until tonight when I realized that the outlet in the garage wasn't working either. Unlike the two outdoor outlets, this one had a reset button. I reset the outlet and voila all three outlets started working again.
Why didn't the electrician check this FIRST instead of wanting to charge nearly $200 when all that was needed was a press of a stupid button? If you ever had a reason to distrust an electrician, Mr. Electric is it. Avoid this dishonest, crooked company unless you like being ripped off!
