Stands behind his work. A man of integrity.
Rebuilt the transmission on my 1995 Chevy Blazer. 15 months later, when the transmission was out of warranty (of course) the transmission went again. I had to have it towed in. I thought I was in trouble, and was even considering getting rid of the truck. Robert said that he couldnt turn his back on me, and took care of it as if it were under warranty. That just blew me away. I vowed to tell everyone I could about my experience. Truly a man of his word. I recommend them to anyone. He could have turned his back on me, and he could have said sorry man, nothing I can do. But he did the right thing, and went above and beyond. Thank you Robert!

No Better Deal Out There!!!!!!!!!
I'm the owner of a 2006 Ford King Ranch Crew Cab. Just a little about me, I'm a full time nursing student so money is a bit tight right now. My transmission broke on my truck, so I thought the best place to take it would be the Ford Dealership and I did. The next day they called me back to give me the quote; it was $5600 with a 3 year warranty. So I asked the gentleman, that's for a new transmission right, he said no its a remanufactured one, and I said you mean a re-built one, he said no, I laughed. My grandfather, father, and uncle are all ASE certified mechanics, the only problem is that they live in another state. Basically the Ford Dealership uses fancy words to trick innocent customers who don't understand mechanics terminology and the difference between a rebuilt one and a new one. Mr. Transmission understood my situation and did the work for $1200 with a 2 year warranty. I could not believe it! They were the cheapest out of four other transmissions shops I called. These guys are great, take it from someone who doesn't trust of believe any mechanic alive, lol. Best of luck to you all. And thanks again Mr. Transmission you guys rock!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

needed tune up
I bought my 2004 ford van in because the transmission seemed to be slipping. They spent a half hour with it and told me that it needed a tuneup. Tire center that I had been using told me that it didn't need a tune up. It turned the tire center didn't want to tune it up because it is a very difficult job. Tuned it up at dealer and it runs like new. They didn't charge me to look at the transmission! I will be a future customer( hopefully not soon)

Another Pleased Customer
After reading all the favorable comments from Mr. Transmission of Roswell customers, I spoke to the owners, Robert and Sandi, and decided to take my Honda Accord in for a diagnosis of the problem. When Robert called me with the diagnosis the next day, he gave me the bad news, but he also explained it was not necessary for me to have the transmission repair done immediately. They also told me there would not be a charge for diagnosis as quoted because they were able to make the diagnosis without much investment of time. My experience was consistent with the many other pleased customers who have recommended Mr. Transmission of Roswell on this site.

WOW!! Someone you can actually trust...
Was told by a former GM Mechanic (nephew) who worked on my specific Caddillac/ Denali transmissions that I'm probably looking at a total transmission overhaul. Paid for an online service that said that said the same. Based on KUDZU's rating of these guys I took it in for their opinion. They diagnosed seals that need replacing and low fluid causing my 2nd to 3rd slippage. Filled her up; told to keep watching the levels until I can afford the $650 repair, and she's running great again. AND NO CHARGE I highly recommend these guys Thanks Kudzu, also.
