I call out Mr. appliance to find out the problem with my washer. I was told that the timer was bad. They wanted nearly as much to fix washer than the cost of a new one . Using thier diagnosis of the problem, I replaced the ONE PLUG timer with same whirlpool numbered part. That WAS NOT what was wrong with the washer. Upon calling Ken the owner (will not give his last name) he informed me that if they would have repaired the washer, he would of made sure of the repair but an extra service charge would be $65.00 as that is how he pays his bills. They will try to tell you that that is the way it works, but it should be the customers choice to repair thier washer based on thier trained technicians diagnostic analysis of the problem. So be very sure of what you are getting for your buck. I'm out $140.00 and my wash is still not works. I feel cheated and used. Thanks for nothing Mr. Appliance.

This gentleman's washer was diagnosed as needing a timer replaced. He was given an estimate for repairs and declined the repair. This gentleman then went out and purchased his own parts and attempted to do the repair himself. He called us back when he could not get it working and demanded a refund of his service call, stating that we did not diagnose it correctly. It was explained to him that we had no idea what he had done inside the machine in attempting to fix it himself and therefore we could not give him a refund. We offered to come back out and take another look at his washer and he also refused. We advised that if we would have made a diagnosis and peformed the repair that we would have made sure the repair was good no matter what. He still did not want further service and only wanted his service call returned as he was not happy with the diagnostic given as he could not then do the repairs himself.
I had my Whirlpool Refrigerator that stopped working last nigh all my food went bad. I called around to several other places no luck all I got was voice mail. I left a message with Mr Appliance they had a person answer the phone. Later on that night I got a call from the owner. She got a tech over this morning. The service man Dave was great he used his shoe covers was clean and professional. I thought the price was fair and service excellent. I will use Mr Appliance again in the future.

Emergency service? Give me a break, they wanted me to wait over a week to get me fridge fixed, and that was only for the diagnostic. Unacceptable customer service. Refused to look up part cost and approx. shipping date. Bottom Line: Did not give a damn about the costumer.

Dear ELWOOD4049 We are never booked out more than 24 hours out and with refigeration you can usually get same day service. Mind you, if you are under any manufacturer's warranty we have a few different guidelines that we have to follow. I am confused that if you waited a week why did you? Also we are unable to give you a parts cost and shipping due to the fact that we are not a parts dealer? We do not give estimates over the phone and if you really did call that would have been explained to you at the time of your call. If you really are displeased we would welcome a call to our office in order to discuss your grievances.
I called early Saturday morning when noticing that my refrigerator was not cooling properly. The repairman arrived on time later that day. The technician from Mr. Appliance used "booties" and a special entry rug before entering my home. The refrigerator was repaired, is working perfectly, and the repairman cleaned up everything before he left. I thought the fee was reasonable. He then provided me with consumer information regarding appliances for future information. I will recommend Mr. Applicance. THANK YOU!
