I decided to get central heating installed after finding out that my home owners insurance was going to increase $1000/year without central heating. I had three different companies come out to give me estimates. Coolray was the first to come out. They could only install it in the upstairs crawlspace and they said they couldn't reach the two back bedrooms. Phil from Mr. Cool Mr. Heat he was the 2nd to come out. He was confident that he could install the heating in the crawlspace under the house, which is what I really wanted. Plus, the price he quoted was significantly less than Coolray and he installed a high efficiency heater. I had Estes come out just to get a third estimate. His plan was similar to Coolray's using the upstairs crawlspace, but he found a solution to reach the back rooms. He provided me ten different estimates, but they were all higher than my budget. Obviously, I ended up going with Mr. Cool Mr. Heat. Plus, the price Phil quoted was so good that I had them install air conditioning too. The install took 2.5 days and I'm very happy with the results. Price, a quality efficient product, and figuring out a way to install under the house is what won it for me. I absolutely recommend Mr. Cool Mr. Heat.

Great service! We had our 40yr old furnace replaced and a new AC system put in to our townhouse. The Mr. Cool Mr. Heat crew showed up when they said they would, and completed the work in the time frame that was quoted. They left our place cleaner than when they started, and generally treated our house and family with great respect. During the entire process John, the owner, was very up front and honest with us and I felt very comfortable the whole time. I highly recommend Mr. Cool Mr. Heat.

I used these guys for a rental unit of mine. First off, my renter reported that the technician was drunk or on meds. He sounded very strange on phone. The next day, I called to ask for the report to be faxed to me. They told me that it would take 5 days for them to "get to it" because they were busy (even though it's in their computer). The guy on the phone was very rude also.
