C alled Mr. Electric/Mr.Rooter reagrading a bathroom fan not working. It was 29.95 to come out. okay then when they got here he asked how old the home was and asked if we could sit down to discuss the cost. Now he has not looked at the problem!!! we sat down and he opened the book and said that it would be $206.00 plus the 29.95 WITHOUT not knowing what the problem was!!!! Needless to say I ran him off. What a SCAM.............

Scheduled an appointment 2 weeks in advance to install a basic ceiling fan in my great room (25ft ceiling). They couldn't give any estimate on price (really? not even an estimate) and also charge $29.95 dispatch fee so if the price is too high and you don't want to use them, you're automatically out $30 bucks. On the day they were supposed to come do the work, my husband took the afternoon off from his job. Mr. Electric called an hour before the appointment time to cancel without even an apology. Now we'll probably have to wait another two weeks to get a different electritian out to our house. Don't waste your time on these guys. Find a business with good customer service and quality workmanship.

I recently lost power due to a lightning strike and franticly called the first guy I could find-big mistake! They told me I needed a new Panel and upgrades at huge price nearly $4000.00 I got a second opinion from Mr. Electric who repaired it with a new main breaker the same day! As someone who uses service companies often its refreshing to find someone who is fair and honest.

Wire was put in 1 foot conduit at the pump and 1 foot at the home. The wire in between was covered by soil and left bare. Wiring was ran through the opening of a french drain and not through brick like technician stated it would be. Called to get an answer for this and 2 weeks later no call back.
