Is the grout in your shower area tired looking, molding or falling out?
Is the caulk turning colors or worse, cracking, leaving holes that water can get through which can result in damage to the sheetrock walls (see photos)?
Then please give me a call.

The shower in our Master Bedroom was really showing it's age. Mildew, missing caulk, etc. I found Mr. Grout on Kudzu and saw the great reviews. Tom gave us a good estimate and we hired him to do... the job. He was very prompt, professional and knowledgeable. The shower looks like new! We are very happy with the work and highly recommend Tom aka Mr. Grout.VIEW MORE »VIEW LESS »
Hiring Tom Bass (Mr. Grout) to re-grout the shower enclosure and floor in a heavily used bathroom that was showing signs of both wear and age was one of the best home improvement decisions Iíve made.... From the initial estimate to the completed job Mr. Bass was professional, courteous, and a pleasure to work with. He delivered what he promised on time and with minimal disturbance to our household routine. He is not just knowledgeable, meticulous, and thorough; he is a craftsman. The bathroom looked brand new when he finished and there was nothing to clean up. I highly recommend Mr. Bass and plan to hire him again for future home renovation projects. Thank you!VIEW MORE »VIEW LESS »

Mr. Grout did some repair work in my shower, and then re-grouted and sealed the entire shower surface. He also did minor repairs on grout on two tile floors in my house, and repaired a hanging soap dish in another shower. All was completed professionally, on time, and at a reasonable price. Everything looks brand new. Highly recommended!
Mr. Grout recently cleaned the grout in my showers and added caulk to the seams. The result was a much improved appearance. He patiently explained what had happened and how to take care of it going forward. I would definitely recommend him to others. In addition, his price was reasonable and in line with the estimate.
Mr. Grout did great work in my bathroom and was so flexible every step of the way. We didn't know how bad the shower floor really was and Tom had contingencies with thorough explanations for all the possibilities.
Tom of Mr. Grout regrouted my bathroom and it looks great. It was all moldy and I had tried to regrout it and it looked really bad. He regrouted it and it looks like new. What I liked about him, was he showed up when he said, he was neat and clean up like no one had been there and he was a very nice man to work with. I would definetly recommend Mr. Grout. Great guy and great job.
Hooray for Mr. Grout. I have nothing but accolades for Tom Bass. You will be quite pleased with his professional work and manner.
Tom Bass is professional, pleasant and does great work. He repaired tiles and cement backing in my master shower, then re-grouted and caulked the entire thing and it's as good as new!
I am very pleased with the work that Tom did for us. He was very professional and did top-quality work at a fair price. We will definitely use him again in the future and will recommend him to our friends and family.
Tom refinished the grout in our entire shower and a bunch of other small odds and ends in the bathroom. He quoted us a fair rate, did exactly what he said he would and made the whole process easy. thanks tom!
Mr. Grout did an excellent job regrouting and caulking the tiles in my bathroom surrounding the tub. He was very professional, on time, and cleaned up afterwards. I would use him again. His prices were competitive with other contractors I called.
I hired Tom on the spot after he explained how he could make my shower surround (4x4 white tiles w/a black border) look much better by redoing the grout, and how he could correct some sloppy work done by the installer around the rim of the tub. He did the job quickly, kept me informed, and it looked great! The only downside? When he was done, the rest of the bathroom grout looked bad next to Tom's work. :-) The difference was amazing. I asked for a price on doing the rest. Tom came back the following Monday and finished it off. Love my "new" bathroom! Bottom line: I wouldn't think of hiring anyone else to do grout/tile work.
Tom tackled my two worn twenty-something bathrooms and made them new again. They look amazing. He is meticulous, efficient and professional. His rates are also reasonable. I would recommend Mr. Grout to anyone requiring grout work.
Tom did 2 bathrooms for me - both turned out incredible! the tile is smooth, straight and such a great change from dated linoleum and gross carpet! my bathrooms look fresh and working with him was easy and pleasant
Tom is professional, knowledgeable, and totally transformed my tired shower. The grout was dirty-looking no matter how I cleaned it and the caulk had mildew stains that I couldn't erase. In one day he fixed everything, so my tile now sparkles and the grout and caulk lines look as perfect as the day the tile was installed. He's the best!
This guy is great! I called to inquire about re-grouting my shower. He came to my house that day to inspect and provide an estimate. He regrouted the shower the next day and came back a few days later to reseal. The shower looks brand new. My ONLY regret is that I didn't do this sooner. I highly recommend Mr. Grout. He's friendly, accomodating and fair - not a dollar over the estimate.
What I originally thought would be a straightforward grout job turned out to be much more due to water damage through the cracks of my existing grout. Tiles were loose and mold had damaged the bottom third of my walls. Mr. Grout offered several possible solutions to offer choices to suit every budget, and was extremely accomodating in terms of the schedule change for the additional work required. In the end I chose to replace all the tub surround walls. He had great recommendations regarding the kind of tile to use and helped out a lot with my indecisiveness. I am very happy with the result and highly recommend this service.
