Tom replaced the tile in the tub where the plumber tore out the wall to install a new fixture. Despite the age of the building (old), he did a great job. I'm so glad that I listened to his recommendation to regout & recaulk the tub area in both bathrooms. They look like new. Thanks, Tom!

Tom did a jog for us yesterday 2-20-2012.We were in need of alot of help in one of our bathrooms the grout and caulking. We explained to Tom over the phone and he came right in on the estimate. He took his time and when he was finished it looked like we had a whole new bathroom. He did excellent work and I already have recommended him to one of my neighbors.I would highly recommend him to everyone. I am proud for company to see our master bathroom now, whereas before I would alway's tell them to use the other bathroom.Fantastic work Tom. Thank You, Paula Dancico

Paula/Ralph,you guys were great! Thanks for the work and the kind words. Your tub area looks awesome.
I had called several "grout people" to re-grout four bathrooms in our home. We purchased a foreclosure and it needed much work after being unloved for several years. A few people showed up and gave me a rush quote (way overpriced) one said he didn't need to come out and gave me a really low ball price on the phone (you know thats going to change)..and two didn't even show up, one of which I never heard from - the other called after the appointment (three hours) and said they had some issues and could they reschedule...um, no! Tom called me back right away, he was very kind and professional. He came out, took some time to see what needed to be done and gave me a quote - told me why I needed what I did and how much it was going to be. We decided to go with him for several reasons - so glad we did. He came a few days later (on time) and did a great job. It's been two weeks and everything looks wonderful. We couldn't be more pleased with the job he did. I wish all customer service was so great. Thanks so much for the great job.

Thanks Mama! Great house..especially the top floor. Call me when its time to do the kitchen backsplash.
Richinga..Thanks for having me to your home. Enjoy the new Grandbaby!
My wife has been after me to get our shower re-grouted. I thought this would cost big $. I called a few people and then was recommended Tom. His prices were great, and you could tell he had pride in his craftmanship. He is the guy you can let in you house and tell him to lock up when he is done. I ended up with a great looking shower and a happy wife. THANKS TOM!!!!!!

Jeff C..When the wife is happy, you can't go wrong. Thanks so much for the work.
Thanks for the kind words guys. I hope the rest of your remodeling project went well!
Tom came highly recommended by a friend of mine. Tom does and outstanding job, he's professional, on time, reasonably priced and most of all, he takes the time to listen and recommend viable options. Tom finished our job on time and it looks Simply Stunning. If you are looking for someone who has outstanding workmanship, who is reasonably priced and takes pride in their work, I highly recommend Mr. Grout.

Called Tom for some grout repair work in my kitchen and bathroom and he was able to come out the next day for an estimate. He complete the work the same week - did an excellent job. If I have any more problems, he will be the one I call.

Here are the facts. I hired Tom to re-caulk my tub; he quoted and completed the job same day. A very nice man. The mildew came back within 2 weeks and the caulk quickly began to shrink and pull away from the tub/tiles causing water to creep behind the tiles. It was not a professional job. I ended up hiring Atlanta Grout and Tile Care to re-do the work. Buyer beware....I recommend getting a 2nd quote including a written estimate and a guarantee on workmanship and use of professional grade materials. Good luck!

Having served hundreds of satisfied clients throughout the Atlanta area over the years it is extremely disappointing to hear that one is not happy. Being a one man operation, I approach each and every job with craftsmanship and pride as if the work being performed was in my own home. Its how I've built my reputation and that reputation allows me to feed my family. At the conclusion of every job I invite my clients to call me if there are any problems. I can't fix a problem if I don't know about it but if there is, it's always my pleasure to correct it as soon as possible. I don't know who blissdemeanor is, but unfortunately they chose not to let me know about their situation, and again, I can't fix what I don't know about. If they did call me not only would I have addressed any workmanship issues, but they would have saved the money spent unnecessarily by calling another company. To my future clients, please read and consider the many outstanding review I have on Kudzu. And to all my clients past and future, it has been my pleasure to serve you, and it will be my pleasure serve you and to bring nothing but pride and workmanship to whatever the job may be. Tom Bass
Tom (Mr. Grout) was able to come out quickly to my house and provided an estimate on the work needed to be done. He completed the work as promised and on time. We are pleased with the job and finished product.

Mr. Grout did some repair work in my shower, and then re-grouted and sealed the entire shower surface. He also did minor repairs on grout on two tile floors in my house, and repaired a hanging soap dish in another shower. All was completed professionally, on time, and at a reasonable price. Everything looks brand new. Highly recommended!

Mr. Grout recently cleaned the grout in my showers and added caulk to the seams. The result was a much improved appearance. He patiently explained what had happened and how to take care of it going forward. I would definitely recommend him to others. In addition, his price was reasonable and in line with the estimate.

Is the grout in your shower area tired looking, molding or falling out?
Is the caulk turning colors or worse, cracking, leaving holes that water can get through which can result in damage to the sheetrock walls (see photos)?
Then please give me a call.
Regrouting is a very affordable way to spruce up the look of the existing tile in your bathroom and at the same time help prevent costly repairs.
Perhaps tiles are already coming loose and the wall has become soft and needs to be replaced. Or the plumber had to open the wall to make a repair! I have the expertise to get your walls back together and make your bath area look as good as new.
As a customer myself, I appreciate straight forward, honest talk and quality craftsmanship.
Give me a call and I promise that's what you'll get from me. I'll give you a quality job and I'll treat your house as.. my own.
