Tom of Mr. Grout regrouted my bathroom and it looks great. It was all moldy and I had tried to regrout it and it looked really bad. He regrouted it and it looks like new. What I liked about him, was he showed up when he said, he was neat and clean up like no one had been there and he was a very nice man to work with. I would definetly recommend Mr. Grout. Great guy and great job.

Tom Bass is professional, pleasant and does great work. He repaired tiles and cement backing in my master shower, then re-grouted and caulked the entire thing and it's as good as new!

I am very pleased with the work that Tom did for us. He was very professional and did top-quality work at a fair price. We will definitely use him again in the future and will recommend him to our friends and family.

Tom refinished the grout in our entire shower and a bunch of other small odds and ends in the bathroom. He quoted us a fair rate, did exactly what he said he would and made the whole process easy. thanks tom!

Mr. Grout did an excellent job regrouting and caulking the tiles in my bathroom surrounding the tub. He was very professional, on time, and cleaned up afterwards. I would use him again. His prices were competitive with other contractors I called.

I hired Tom on the spot after he explained how he could make my shower surround (4x4 white tiles w/a black border) look much better by redoing the grout, and how he could correct some sloppy work done by the installer around the rim of the tub. He did the job quickly, kept me informed, and it looked great! The only downside? When he was done, the rest of the bathroom grout looked bad next to Tom's work. :-) The difference was amazing. I asked for a price on doing the rest. Tom came back the following Monday and finished it off. Love my "new" bathroom! Bottom line: I wouldn't think of hiring anyone else to do grout/tile work.

Tom tackled my two worn twenty-something bathrooms and made them new again. They look amazing. He is meticulous, efficient and professional. His rates are also reasonable. I would recommend Mr. Grout to anyone requiring grout work.

Tom is professional, knowledgeable, and totally transformed my tired shower. The grout was dirty-looking no matter how I cleaned it and the caulk had mildew stains that I couldn't erase. In one day he fixed everything, so my tile now sparkles and the grout and caulk lines look as perfect as the day the tile was installed. He's the best!

This guy is great! I called to inquire about re-grouting my shower. He came to my house that day to inspect and provide an estimate. He regrouted the shower the next day and came back a few days later to reseal. The shower looks brand new. My ONLY regret is that I didn't do this sooner. I highly recommend Mr. Grout. He's friendly, accomodating and fair - not a dollar over the estimate.

What I originally thought would be a straightforward grout job turned out to be much more due to water damage through the cracks of my existing grout. Tiles were loose and mold had damaged the bottom third of my walls. Mr. Grout offered several possible solutions to offer choices to suit every budget, and was extremely accomodating in terms of the schedule change for the additional work required. In the end I chose to replace all the tub surround walls. He had great recommendations regarding the kind of tile to use and helped out a lot with my indecisiveness. I am very happy with the result and highly recommend this service.

We hired Mr. Grout based on a recommendation from a friend. He was on time, professional and had a fair price. He gave us excellent advice as to the type of tile that would work with our bathroom remodel. He even got along with our dog! We are so happy with our new bathroom and will definitely keep Tom in mind for future projects.

Nice guy, decent work, but expensive. I should have known to get a written signed estimate before he began but I didn't. An expensive lesson learned. I won't use again.

As flattering as it is to have received the numerous outstanding reviews that I have for Mr.Grout, it is equally troubling to receive one in which a client expresses disappointment. Supplied with only an internet user name, it is very difficult to identify who someone is, the work done, or the experience in general. I can only extend an invitation to johnru to call me directly and discuss how they have been misserved by my efforts. Mr. Grout has served hundreds of satisfied clients over the years, many of whom have invited me back to work in their homes, or have have referred me with confidence to family and friends. It is at this time that I would like to renew my pledge to all my clients past and future that their satisfaction is my primary goal, and with that comes a promise of quality workmanship, honest an open communication, and a fair price.
We have a 10 year old shower with white tile and white grout that we just couldn't get looking clean anymore. Our house is on the market and we wanted the bathroom looking its best. Tom was on time, efficient and professional. The shower looks great now; we should have done this years ago!

Is the grout in your shower area tired looking, molding or falling out?
Is the caulk turning colors or worse, cracking, leaving holes that water can get through which can result in damage to the sheetrock walls (see photos)?
Then please give me a call.
Regrouting is a very affordable way to spruce up the look of the existing tile in your bathroom and at the same time help prevent costly repairs.
Perhaps tiles are already coming loose and the wall has become soft and needs to be replaced. Or the plumber had to open the wall to make a repair! I have the expertise to get your walls back together and make your bath area look as good as new.
As a customer myself, I appreciate straight forward, honest talk and quality craftsmanship.
Give me a call and I promise that's what you'll get from me. I'll give you a quality job and I'll treat your house as.. my own.
