The guys washing the car were courteous and professional. But, broke the power seat switch. That's when the real problem came up--when my wife called the owner to complain. He actually called my wife a b**ch for complaining, refused to listen, then interrupted her by yelling he would not pay for it and hung up on her. She tried again the next day (maybe he had calmed down? Um, no) and got the exact same results. My wife did tip the two guys even though they did a mediocre job. They over wet the car mats which took overnight to dry and she had to go over spots they missed. She did not pay for the wash because of the power seat they broke. It cost us $400 for the power seat to be fixed. We thought about taking the case to small claims court (the owner once screamed "Sue me" to my wife so we thought "Okay") but decided to tell you instead.

Took several attempts to schedule our service and finally got an appointment - which the earliest available for 'our area' was 2 months out. They damaged the exterior on all 3 cars. After a few attempts, we got a return call from the owner, who ultimately came out to inspect the damage done by the kids they sent out to do the work. He said 'that happens sometime' and the kid that did the work said 'yeah, mine is like that too'. Then, wanted to charge for them to come back and fix it, and do a hand polish that was supposed to be included in the service we already paid for. Their website states '100% satisfaction guaranteed' personally by the owner, and they 'will usually return the SAME day if you are not satisfied.' Took a few calls again, and almost a week for them to come out and view the damage, and tell us we can pay them more to fix it. We will have to pay around $90 per car to have it fixed elsewhere, and we were told one of them will never be fully repaired without a complete paint job. DO NOT USE THEM! It is not worth saving a few bucks - only to have to wait a few months, then have permanent damage done to your CAR!!

I had a Groupon for an auto detail. It was probably due to the Groupon business volume, but I had to schedule 2 months out and communication with the scheduler in the office was sporadic and a little weird. I have a mid-size sedan and it gets detailed once a year. The detail from this shop consists of two guys spending one hour wiping down your car. It looked pretty good when they were finished, but not great. I'm used to the shop near my office that will have one guy spend a full day pampering your car for the same cost as Mr Mobile's Groupon rate. At Mr Mobile's full cost I would say it's not a good value.

I am not a "car detail" kind of person. This was the first detail job on my mini-van in the 6 years I've had it with two babies/toddlers/kids. The owner did the job himself, and it looks great. Scheduling was a pain and I think I lucked out on a rainy day he sent his workers home and did the few cars himself. He said it was the dirtiest car he'd ever done, but he didn't take any short-cuts and worked for 3 hours to clean my car. He only got paid $35 of the $70 I paid to Groupon, but still did the job right. I would use him again, though I must admit I would think twice based on reviews I've seen here for his employees' work. Having met the owner, I would guess that if you called and complained about his crew's work, he'd make it right.

Bought as part of a Groupon offering. Claimed to be a $175 detailing for $75. Three nice kids showed up and didn't even wash the car before they started spraying cheap cleaner wax on the car and wiping it off with rags. DRENCHED the interior with protectant without cleaning it first. When I questioned them as to why they did not buff the paint, they said that was an "upcharge." On a $175 detailing? You gotta be kidding. In the end, I felt ripped off even at the $75 price point. Will never use again. Horrible.

Mr. Mobile really helped me out. During rush hour on a Friday I chose to get sick in my car instead of risk a wreck on I-285. I was too sick to even begin cleaning my car. Even as a first time customer they worked late on a Friday night, came to my house, and made my car look AND smell as good as the day I drove it off the lot. I would recommend them to anyone interested in renewing their vehicle.
