I received three estimates. Mr. Roofer was best by hundreds for the same materials. Quality installation and quality repairs on damaged roof boards. Great price, great installation, what more could you want?

The person that I coordinated my roof with was very knowledgeable and professional. He went the extra step to make sure I was comfortable with the project and he also worked around my schedule. We had a hole in the roof and we were suppose to get rain for a week straight, but they made sure to resolve the issue until weather permitted any work to be done.

Great price, they came out and fixed the issue I had with my leaking roof and came up with a better idea with how to do it than their competitors. I would use them again and next time for the full new roof.

When Mr Roofer first visited Mrs Kelley, she explained that she could hear what sounded like water drops on the ceiling in her bathroom. There was no evidence of a roof leak, i.e., a water stain or water marks, to reference in order to accurately determine the source of any water intrusion. Upon looking over her roof, there were some exposed rusted nail heads discovered above the general area that she determined to be over her bathroom. With nail heads "sticking up about an inch" Mr Roofer suggested that this could be the source of her leak. After waiving our minimum repair cost of $495, Mr Roofer agreed to make the repairs in this area for $300. Unfortunately, the repairs made were not at the source of the leak. It is possible there were other nails that had been missed during the initial general overview of the roof. As a result, Mr Roofer has offered Mrs Kelley a full refund of her payment. As of yet, Mrs Kelley has not accepted the refund.
We never had a roof replaced before and was worried about the time to get it done, the mess and the quality of the work. We selected Mr. Roofer on the recommendation of a neighbor and we are happy we did. They made getting my roof replaced quick and painless and provided good customer service in the process.

salesman was great. a big reason I went with mr roofer (and the positive reviews). install started ok. rain came in the afternoon and they were a bit late getting tarp on. result was a few water marks on the ceilings. I spoke the salesman that night and he said they'd be back the next day and he had some spray to use on the water marks. they finished the next day with more promises of the spray for the ceilings (salesman wasn't around much and didn't have the spray when he was). when we inspected the roof before paying, we found the installers mangled the siding on one of the peaks. it appeared that all the shingles up against (slightly under?) the siding were just ripped out taking chunks of siding with them. it looked like animals had gnawed up and down the side of the house. obviously it was VERY noticeable (street side of house) and nobody cared to bring it to our attention. once we said something, the manager got involved and came out to look. he agreed it was butchered and had the crew replace the siding the next day. fortunately I still had some paint lying around to match the house. salesman was there too. apologized and again promised to get the spray for the ceilings. it's been about a month now. roof seems good (haven't really checked but may today!). no spray though. why say you'll do something 5 times but not do it?

David Moore was one of the most professional person I have worked with in a long time. He responded to every text and phone call I made. The roofing crew were very hard working men. I will have no problem recommending them to anyone.

If you've discovered leaks or moisture soaking into the ceilings of your home, then you probably have a leaky roof. The annoying part of roof leaks (besides the cost and inconvenience of repairs) is determining where the leak is coming from. This isn't as easy as it sounds because water can enter into the roof at one place and then run along the roof to another place before it starts causing...Read more »
