Great Cleaning!!!
I just moved to atlanta with my husband and new baby. We were in need of housekeeping services and I happened to stumble upon this company while online. I called and was able to schedule a cleaning. I have never used a cleaning company before so I was really nervous. They arrived promptly as scheduled and were very nice. I had a few special requests in the nursery and they made sure that it was taken care of. My house looked amazing and I am so happy!! Will use them for weekly maintenance cleaning. Thanks Mrs. Cleans!! Would definitely recommend them!1

Decent cleaning; terrible scheduling
When Mrs. Cleans has cleaned my home, they do a good job. The problem is you never know if they are going to show up, which can be quite annoying.

Has no professional ethic & did not finish the job
Tonia Wharton made appt, with me and did'nt show for 24 hours, no call; NOTHING. She then came "late" next day and really half-cleaned the home. We had to instruct them to re-clean area's that were obvious such as: flooring, blinds, bathroom, carpet. The service was TERRIBLE and Tonia did NOT have skilled "responsible" help. She would do better to MANAGE & TRAIN your staff and do Q/C on their work AS ADVERTISED!! However, they mopped h/w floor with "water" The STAINLESS STEEL APPLIANCES WERE still dirty, never wiped down & really terrible business ethics.. When you don't check your employee's work!!Think twice! I will NOT USE THIS SERVICE EVER AGAIN!! She DID NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY and apologize for the mistakes that were made; glasses were'nt clean!! JUST POOR SERVICE AND LACK OF GUIDANCE FOR HER STAFF; POOR MANAGEMENT SKILLS & JUDGEMENT. DON'T USE THIS SERVICE OR YOU WILL BE SORRY!!

To the "honest consumer" this review is not valid. 1st- If someone no calls and no show, how or why would they come the next day unless they had contact with the client!!!Hmmm. 2nd- Our company does not clean carpet. 3rd- We do not mop hardwood floors with water, we use a spray and mop hardwood floor solution which is clear in color with a microfiber mop. 4th- We do not clean glasses(all dishes are loaded into the dishwasher). And last but not least, when appointments are schedule our representatives never give their last name. Our company offers a 24 hour guarantee on all services performed, our office has never received a call requesting a reclean. We strive for excellence as our other reviews plainly state.This review has to be from one of our competitors, this happens often. Please disregard this review, kudzu doesn't have any provisions for reviews that are spam!!!

Best Cleaning Service
I have been using Mrs. Cleans Atlanta for 1year. They have always exceeded my expectations. They clean my home every week and I am very pleased. And most of all their prices are great!! Thanks, Mrs. Cleans !!

Great House Cleaning Service
I love Mrs. Cleans Atlanta. They have been servicing my home for the past 3yrs. They are reliable, and they make it easy for me to come home and relax and enjoy my free time.
