Our homeowners association received terrible customer service from this firm. We hired the firm to do an audit of our financial statements and even pointed out to them specific accounts where we had concerns. Not only was no work done to verify those specific accounts, but our calls and e-mails generally went unanswered. Our audit report had to be redone three times and was received over four months late.
