Be proactive with your pets health and care, 11/28/2011

Dr Muller is indeed a nice guy and is great at taking care of your pet's well visits and minor ailments. But he missed cancer in two of my dogs four yrs apart. As a result they both died young. ... But the prior six months of both their lives, we had hundreds and hundreds of dollars of tests and useless treatments. I was even charged for an extra night stay and tests my dog didn't need the very morning he died ($600). Dr Muller knew this and didn't refund any of it. I didn't realize how limited Dr Muller was in his knowledge of serious diseases until my 2nd dog died at the age of six and I was told by the emergency hospital he shouldn't have. Dr Muller's staff told the hsp he had both testicles removed; but Dr Muller knew he only found one of the undescended testicles when he neutered him ($400)and it was in his chart. I paid for useless tests when they should have immediately suspected testicular cancer. I only wish I had been more proactive in my little shelties health care. I thought I was paying for top quality health care and I trusted Dr Muller and his staff. Both my dogs died early, the first at nine with $1200 worth of tests the day before he died. Dr Muller referred both dogs to the emergency hsp for hundreds of dollars of more tests. One cost $2000 the day he died and the other $1200 the day he died. Both had been under Dr Muller's care since they were puppies.

Knowledgeable and Compassionate, 11/28/2011

Dr. Muller is an excellent vet. He is very smart and knowledgeable. More importantly, he is compassionate about animals and the relationships owners have with their pets. He treated my dog and... treats my parents dog too. Like all other doctors, he does not have a crystal ball, but told me the most probable causes of my dog's symptoms. He was very responsive to my calls, often frequent. His staff would also call me to see how things were going. If anything, I would say he undercharged me for the time he spent with me. I did not have lots of tests done on my dog - those had already been done before we moved here. He has helped me and my family a lot with our pets, and I am thankful to have him as our vet.

I love my VET!!!!!!!!!

I have been a client of Holcomb Bridge Animal Hospital since it opened and over the years Dr. Muller has cared for our multiple cats and dogs. I have always felt my animals received the best possible care. The staff has been very sensitive to my worries and concerns and have been gentle in handling my animals. Dr. Muller spends a lot of time explaining the situation, possible solutions and what to reasonably expect going forward. Mostly I use HBAH for routine care which has allowed my animals to have enjoyed a long life. Every now and then, a serious problem arises and I need immediate help. HBAH has always been there and I trust the information and recommendations that this vet makes.

The Cat's Meow!

Dr. Muller has been our family vet for 5 years now. He's helped us through general doggy care, extreme puppy-neurosis, sticks stuck in gums (yep, one likes to chew!), and even kidney failure. All our animals are all healthy and happy thanks to Dr. Muller and his caring staff.
