Dr Morceau and her staff were so kind to my 3 year old. She was scared of dentists because of a previous experience at another dental office. The staff is great...we can't wait to go back. I highly recommend this office if you have children that need a dentist.

My kids loved Dr. Morceau. The staff is caring. The video games and movies really make it a fun experience. I wish Dr. Morceau would see adults too! This practice is amazing and my kids always look forward to going every 6 months. Check out her video!!

I have been to 3 pediatric dental offices in GA and my boys had traumatic experiences at each of them. I found Dr. Morceau at My Kids' Dentists online and watched a video they had on their website. Dr. Morceau was so patient with my boys and her staff is amazing. They took x-rays which the previous offices had trouble with. They even worked my one son in for sealants on the same day as their cleaning appointment. I highly recommend Dr. Morceau!! It's such a relief to finally have a dentist my boys like.

My children have been going to this office for years and just love it! They have video games and all sorts of things to occupy them until it is their turn. The staff is always so friendly and welcoming to the children and parents. I would recommend this office to everyone with children.

My daughter who is four years old has been a patient of Dr. Morceau since her first tooth! The moment I walked in, the office was very welcoming! Greetings from the ladies at the front desk are always kind, and any concerns and question I have are very important to them. Dr. Morceau treats my daughter like her own and has always been there when I had questions! I would highly recommend Dr. Morceau become your child's dentist!

My son is 7 years old & is a patient of Dr. Morceau's. We have had such wonderful experiences at the office. The staff is awesome! We have always been treated very well there & I wouldn't think of ever taking my son anywhere else. Dr. Morceau treats my son with such love & care. He looks forward to going & never complains. He also loves the game room. I have such a hard time getting him to leave!

Approximately 2 years ago my daughter had a tooth extracted at this office. She was left alone, in pain, and crying with her mouth bloody after the procedure even though I was feet away. I had to come out of the parent area and ask if the crying child was mine and if so bring her to me!? Dr. Morceau offered for me to be there to insert the spacer so I promised my daughter that would happen. She was terrified to go back in but the promise helped. When we arrived for said appt. they were adamant I shouldn't go back with her even after they said it was okay. My daughter looked at me with "those eyes" and I stood my ground. Dr. Morceau agreed, finally, and took her back to "prepare her" for the work. They told me they would come get me when she was ready to put the spacer on. Next thing I know Dr. Morceau appears saying she completed the work! I was so shocked that she would deceive us like that! So here I sit 2 years later with the same daughter, she struggled through every cleaning since. At her regular cleaning appt. 2 weeks ago they found a cavity. I am sure you can imagine we are very diligent at home with brushing and flossing, but still a cavity. Today was the second day they tried to repair the spacer and fill the cavity and my daughter couldn't allow them to do the work. Laughing gas and the kindest team and still she can't bare it. She is disappointed with herself and now I have to consider sedation at our cost. Check the # of ratings I have vs. others, questionable?

Stay away from this dental practice! They did work not needed and emotionally traumatized my daughter! Did you know they strap your child to a board to do dental work? My daughter was strapped down and in the process, rubbed her back raw from a tie on the back of her outfit! THAT is why you are not allowed to go back there with your child. This is wrong and I am reporting them to the ADA and BBB, if they have profiles. This incident happened two to three years ago and she is still scared to go to the dentist. This is a fear she will most likely have for the rest of her life because of them. Please spare your child the hurt, DON'T GO THERE!!!

I'm sorry you feel this way. We only use a huggy blanket for your child's safety, which you signed for in the consent form. I used it on my own child because he loves to wiggle and move his arms. We do not strap any child down, but utilize a soft blanket with a pillow. We always have mom or dad sign a consent form. Perhaps it would be better to wear a dress without a strap...just like we ask female patients to take out their pony tails, so it's easier to lay flat. We get verbal and written consent forms for the blanket. We are here to cater to children. We treat them like they're our own children. Everyone in our office are women and have children. Parents aren't allowed to go back because of HIPPA and OSHA reasons. You have your facts incorrect.
At My Kids' Dentist, the dentists generally do not meet with parents to discuss the dental treatment plan. Dental Assistants present the information to parents, which we feel puts the assistant in the position of being a sales person. Parents do not get the benefit of the dentists' insight and specialized education to make treatment decisions. It was also our experience that one of the dentists did not respect my request to fully inform our daughter of a procedure prior to performing it. We felt this to be a breech of trust. Our wait times were always much longer than the estimated time we were given upon arrival. We would not recommend this practice to friends.

The dentists always meet with new patients and spend quality time answering questions. I have been the owner of My Kids' Dentists since May of 2005 and know my patents' names by heart and speak with every patient. As far as wait time...we work on kids' time. Would you want me to rush a small child out of the room if they were nervous or had trauma or an emergency. We do the best we can working with kids. To leave an office over wait time seems unreasonable. I spend as much time needed with each child so they will have a positive experience. If you want a factory dental practice, I'm sure there's plenty to be found. Good luck.
