Do not trust what Scott says. He is a liar and a thief. Eric(the actual plumber) was very professional and did a fine job, but Scott quoted me a price and did not live up to it. I confronted him about it but he became be3ligerant and lied directly to me. If you must use this company avoid Scott and ask for Eric directly.

The guys doing the actual work did a great job and fixed the issue with minimal mess in the yard. However, there was confusion with the cost that could have been avoided if a written estimate had been provided before the work was done. Lesson learned for me that I need it in writing before they complete the work. The most disappointing part of the experience is that the owner said I had two options...take 10% off or they could pump the fluids back into my system! I found that to be unprofessional and an insulting non-solution.

If you want to pay Scott to do anything more than flush your toilet, think twice! High pressure sale, fixing the wrong problem and not honoring warranty...I wouldn't recommend this guy to my worst enemy.

We called this company and they came out the very next day. We had been having some problems with our septic system and weren't sure what to do. They came out pumped our septic tank, were very friendly, charged us the price they quoted over the phone and fixed the problem. I would recommend this company and will be using them again if need be.

I contacted My Plumbing to have a ink unstopped. The plumber was unable to unstop the drain and recommended spending more money to open up the wall. I spent $175.00 for nothing. We went to home depot, picked up an augur and unstopped it ourselves! We used to use this company and will never do so again.

I had this company repair my septic system and warned them in the process not to cut the water line. I even told them where it was. They cut the water line and patched it. A few months later the water line sprung a leak at the repair spot to the tune of 20,000 of water. My Plumbing service was more than happy to replace the line. However, when I spoke the the owner, Scott, about the fact that his workers weakened the intergity of the line and that I feel he should take the cost of a repair off the total bill for the line replacement (only about $250 - $300. He argued that they repaired the line that they cut at no cost to me and that he felt that was good enough. After speaking with him further, he indicated that he would discuss this with the technician that replaced the line and get back with me the next day. Over three weeks have passed and the wimp of an owner was too scared to call me back to say he wasn't going to do anything. I believe this is an example of the worst customer service ever. I have paid this company over $4000 in repairs over the last year and this is how they treat a returning customer. The owner does not do what he promises and is a real wimp not to call me back. I would never recommend this company to anyone. If you have any issues after the job, you're s--- out of luck.

Contacted My Plumbing for a routine shower repair (small drip) and to replace drains. I do not currently live in the residence but when I showed up to inspect, the shower was gushing with water, tub over flowed, there was extensive water damage to the ceiling below. I frantically called the operator and service tech. Told me there was nothing they could do, it wasn't their fault and plus they were in Swanee and couldn't drive down, sorry. Needless to say, this is one week after the part was suppose to arrive. Turns out they couldn't ever find the part. I called another plumbing service, they came out same day and fixed the problem. I WOULD RECOMMEND USING A MORE EXPERIENCED PLUMBING SERVICE. I'M STILL CLEANING UP THE DAMAGE AND IT'S COSTING ME A FORTUNE DO TO MY PLUMBING'S SLOPPY WORK. Plus the company had the nerve to charge me (unauthorized) for the incomplete work they never finished.

Eric came to my house within a few hours of contacting him with my request to replace a leaking kitchen faucet. He arrived on time and completed the job within one hour. He was respectful of our property and left the kitchen just as he found it (plus a newly installed faucet). He gave me an exact price on the phone and stuck to it. I would highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs.

Didn't show up in the time scheduled and didn't call. Rescheduled for another day, then they showed up early. Person on phone said they would be able to locate the septic tank. They couldn't, so I had to track down the septic plan from the county. I was still charged $250 for exploratory digging. Had a big hole that appeared in yard a couple of weeks after the repair. Spoke to the receptionist about it, but no one called me back. At the time of service they gave me an invoice with another client's name and address on it. Repairs to sod after they finished ran $240 more.

Called My Plumbing to get my septic tank pumped. Wasn't having any problem, but it hadn't been done in years. An appointment was made. That day, I received a call telling me the crew was on the way. Steven and Rich showed up a couple minutes early, got right to work, explaining everything to me along the way. One minor issue that was NOT their fault: while digging, they broke some sprinkler pipes. This was part of an unused system, and I forgot it was in the ground. I could tell they were concerned, but I told them to forget it, the system hadn't been used in 7 years. Upon completion, the filled the hole in neatly, and packed up. Thanks to their rubber-treaded digger, you could barely tell anything had been driven on the lawn. Total time of operation: under 45 minutes. Wound up being just a basic pump job, so no extra charges. Oh, be aware-the number lsited here on the Kudzu page doesn't work. Call them at: 678-482-4444, which is the number you'll find if you follow the Web link,

I found this service off Kudzu. Called, made and appointment. Thirty minutes after the scheduled appt window, the office called apologetically to re-schedule due to an emergency at my convenience. Was pleased by this and opted for the next day, same window of time. No one showed.... I called them and was told that there was another emergency and re-scheduled. Third time, no show and I gave up. I can't comment on the value or quality given that they never showed up. Just seems like a lack of reliability and I'll send my business elsewhere. Maybe I just had bad luck and the stars were not properly aligned.

Over a 4 day period I called this company and spoke w/ the receptionist at least 3-4 times per day. All I wanted was a quote on a plumbing job. She always apologized and promised a prompt call from a plumber. After 4 days of this, I went ahead and scheduled an appointment, but the plumber never showed up. The receptionist could not get a hold of him, so she gave me his cell#. I called and left a couple messages but no return call. I wasted 4 days with a company that does not want my business. I called another plumber that day and was able to get a quote on the phone and a plumber was at my house the same day. I you don't have time to waste, I recommend calling someone else

I recently bought my first home that needed some work. I received about 6 estimates. My Plumbing was not only the most professional but the best priced as well. Eric win's my vote for the fairest and most professional plumber around. I had many estimates and a lot of plumbers' tried to rip me off. Eric did a great job and was on time.
