I could not be happier with my relationship with the folks at Mystic Waters. They're responsive, knowledgeable and fairly priced. We have had Brian and Crew out to the house twice now - first to perform maintenance on the system, and again to repair sprinkler heads and repair drip lines. Last year, when we had a billing issue with Dekalb County Watershed, Suzanne was absolutely super to work with - she endured our questions about how much water we should expect to use on an hourly basis and proved to be an invaluable resource to us throughout our dispute with the County. If you're considering having an irrigation system installed or serviced, Mystic Waters should absolutely be on your short list of companies to talk with. I've never had a reason to shop them against others, but would assume that they're fairly priced. For the service that we get, they're worth every penny of it. Such great people - and a pleasure to work with. Every company should be this easy to do business with.

Needed to get my irrigation up and running after having a portion of new sod laid down and had a couple of heads buried. Suzanne was extremely helpful and had the guys out to my house within 48 hours. They quickly diagnosed the problem, found the buried heads, relocated one of the heads, and tested all of the heads for coverage. They even set up a program for the new portion of zoysia in order to have it watered twice a day for the next three weeks, only that portion. Couldn't ask for a better job. Will use them again.

Could not disagree more with the negative review. We found Suzanne to be very friendly, professional, and reliably and speedily communicative. The work was done on time and the techs were very professional. Billing and payment were easy online. Full recommendation.

This review comes from a customer who is upset that we are trying to collect money on invoices that are past due. One is two months old.
