No value for the money
Inhance refinished our front door 2 years ago. It has already cracked and peeled--certainly no value for the money.

Expensive but low toxicity
I am a parent of an autistic child. we are trying to eliminate all chemicals. I chose this for the low toxic and fumes. Remember the service is based on individual people because they are independently own . It is also hard when you have a dog with nails and it scrateches up. However overall I could get my floors looking better without the damage to my child

Stay Away From NHance
Stay away from this company - they do a great job of selling their product but they refuse to stand behind their product.
It took them 3 days to complete the floors. When they were here I decided to have them do my bar cabinets which took them another week.
Initially everything looked great. Unfortunately that only lasted one week when I noticed some "peeling" in small areas. I called the owner of the franchise several times but never received a call back. As the weeks wore on the peeling got worse.
I should mention that the peeling was occuring in low to no traffic areas. We cleaned the floors with the product they gave us and it seems just a gentle soft pad was enough to lift the finish.
A few weeks later I noticed the cabinets were also beginning to flake. We NEVER use these cabinets. The flaking was also a result of cleaning with a soft cloth using their cleaning product.
I finally called the company headquarters and spoke with someone
who promised to get back to me. He never did. When I called back they told me the franchisee went out of business and they couldn't do anything about it. $4,500 and my floors look 10 times worse than when I hired them.
I am now having my floors and cabinets refinished by someone who knows what they are doing for 1/2 the cost and a 3 year warranty.
My advice - find someone else.

Not Impressed By this Service
We were given an estimate of $3100, which was also in line with another estimate for a similar process by another company. The salesman and also the workers were very polite and up beat. Two men worked for two days on 1000 Sq ft floor. They finished two rooms with plans to come back the next week to finish two more and a hallway. The original plan was too finish the entire project in two days. 24 hours after they left, the two rooms that were finished started to peel, and became very sticky to touch. We had started to move in funrniture which then became stuck to the wet floor. I would rather have had the dust and a traditional sanding job done. This process seems to be more of an extreme buffing with chemicals; they did not deliver as promised. We are in the process of getting additional estimates from hard wood floor specialists.

You won't be disappointed with N Hance!!!!!
In just about 3 days, Ron and company took my 19 year old kitchen cabinets from blah to WOW! The N Hance process transformed my tired looking cabinets from a pickled oak to a Dark Cherry finish -- at a fraction of the cost of new cabinets or even refacing. I, my family and my neighbors are amazed at the results. I have had to get Ron and Frank to give me more and more of their business cards, as I just keep handing them out to everyone that comes thru my house. N Hance also refinished my foyer floor, banister and stair treads. We are just as pleased with those results as the kitchen. Trust me, you can't go wrong with Ron and the N Hance team!
