Reliable small business. We chose them for their price - value for the money. Though one of the windows was made wrong, we paid them the full amount in advance to get the tax credit by the end of the year. A little nervous about that because we hadn't dealt with them before. They completed the work, did a quality job, and even cleaned up afterward. No surprise costs, good people, good business.

I started out getting quotes for replacing 2 palladium windows that were fogging. I had three quotes and NGA was the around the same price but were offering low-e glass upgrades so I went with them. The installation crew was excellent, neat and paid attention to details. I was so impressed with the performance of the new windows I got quotes for the other 32 windows and 1 door.

NGA provided the knowledgeable sales people. They listened to my needs made recommendations and were not pushy about closing the sale. Price by far better than the other 3 window companies I got quotes from.

Service was excellent. I had 16 windows swapped out at a time. No real issues with the installation, neat and professional The door started sticking when the weather changed and all it took was one call and they showed up THAT day to adjust the striker plate.

I spent a lot of time researching replacement windows and getting quotes, NGA is by far the best in all categories.

I recently purchased a mahogany door with leaded glass from this company and couldn’t be happier with the quality and service I received from the initial meeting to the completion A+ performance highly recommended.

Needed a Glass replacement since my son
accidentally threw a rock. NGA Doors responded to emails, however it's best to call especially if you need to provide dimensions. Check out their website for any specials. The owner is a nice guy too.

I had my whole house re-done six months ago, NGA did all the windows and I am extremely happy with everything they did. They were prompt, knowledgable, and courteous. They even took their shoes off on the inside work! I would recommend them to anyone. The windows look great no leaks. Best of all I get a $1500.00 tax credit. Thanks NGA for making this all so easy!
