During the first half of snow season, 2012 Northeast Lawns rarely showed up. When the Winter storm struck in mid to late December of 2012, Norhteast lawns did not show up at all. I looked around and saw that all my neighbor's driveways were plowed by their respective snowplow companies. About ten days later a Northeast Lawns snowplow showed up. When the snow continued during the final week of December, 2012 Northeast Lawns did not show up again. That was it. Obviously we did not renew our contract for the second half of snow season, 2012. This issue has been going on with many other customers of Northeast Lawns Snowplowing for several years.

We paid $80.00, that is half of the contract agreement. However, this company showed up only once during the snow storm this week (Monday to Tuesday, 1/2 - 1/3/2012). We tried to complain over the phone, but our attempts were not successful. We sent a text message telling them that we no longer require their service because their breach of contract. I know of a friend in Lyndhurst who is also going in the same experience with the same company.
