NTB National Tire & Battery

We went to the State Bridge/Morton Road location and they failed to change my cabin filter and recharged the AC even though there was a leak and it ran right out. I paid for both, then ended up having to go to a different location where I was informed about the deficiences. I tried to speak with NTB corporate multiple times and unfortunately did not receive any return calls. Consider someone else for your car care.

I have both my cars serviced here and I've never had a problem. Prices are reasonable and they have a fairly quick turnaround.

They broke the rim on my truck. I had a tire changed and it leaked air from the day I had it changed. I took it back two weeks later when the leak got really bad and found that the rim was broken. They claim I hit a pot hole. There was no damage to the tire, not a scratch. If I hit a hole bad enough to break the rim on a truck tire with 80 pounds of pressure in it I say the tire would have a mark on it. Said they never damage a rim while changing a tire. I won't go back. NTB has been good in general. Find one of the other locations to go to.

NTBs are generally good, but this location leaves much to desired in customer service department. Just like other NTB locations in the metro Atlanta area, their hours are very convenient including weekend hours.
