I have being seeing Dr. Williams for over a year now. He is a great doctor. I have several medical conditions and he has helped control and find the cause of all. He is very upfront with me and let me know what I am doing wrong or right to help. My children also see Dr. Jennifer and she is wonderful also. My son had a medical condition that he was getting ready to have surgery for and she was able to prevent the surgery because no one gave him the treatment she did. I love the staff also they are so friendly and helpful. They also make sure we get our following up appointments and any referrals we need.

I had a medical emergency and walked in to the office and Dr. Williams saw me immediately, began treatment to relieve my pain and called an ambulance to get me to the hospital immediately.Has always been very helpful and accomodating to my family

By far the most unprofessional staff (front office) I have ever dealt with. I called this office for two weeks to ask questions about lab results and attempt to make another appointment. No one EVER called me back, so my only choice was to walk in. I sat for an hour in the waiting room only to find out that they weren't taking walk-ins. Everyone I came in contact with had a horrible attitude. Will never deal with this office again.

They were unprofessional from the very beginning. I received a strange attitude from the lady that made the appointment with me, but I blew it off. Then there was the morning they weren't prepared for me and did not have the equipment they needed. And now we're going on 2 months and several failed attempts to retrieve certain records that another doctor is waiting to see. They have been requested multiple times and I've been disappointed every single time. Then to make matters worse, when I call to complain, I hear nothing but excuses and juvenile, unprofessional attitude from the staff. I've been extremely disappointed in this practice and will not be returning after I finally have what I need from them.

Often I feel uncomfortable with Doctors. They never want to explain what is going on with my daughter, or why they are giving certain meds. I have to admit I ask a lot of questions. Dr. Williams always spends the time to explain to me all my questions. He doesn't speak to me like I'm bothering him. Now I know the who, what, when, where, and why of medical issues for my daughter. This information is priceless and now I'm extremely comfortable going to the doctors' office.

I came across Dr Williams on the BC/BS Website after I was recently forced to change doctors due to insurance. I was nervous starting afresh, seeming I have a long medical history but Dr Williams was very welcoming and really listened to what I had to say and is treating me very well. He is also going out of his way to study my medical history. I am very lucky and happy with my new doctor even though I did not think I could replace my last one. Client friendly practice and that is hard to find!
