n fall 2011 I went in for a sick apptm. Dr. Nadolne diagnosed a kidney infection. I was told I could get the meds from the office. The personnel gave me wrong meds. Fortunately I am careful and inquisitive and when reading the label in the car I realized something was wrong. Went back into office to check and sure enough... In addition they were supposed to send labs out to confirm diagnosis, but when results never came back I called only to find out samples were never sent out. The year before I had excused another misstep from this practice which was that I had gone in for a physical and they concluded the physical (said i was done and could leave) without drawing blood for the lab-work. When I was getting ready to leave I informed them that vital part of my physical hadn't been done so they went ahead and did it at that point. I stopped going there, so I am not sure if since then Dr. Nadolne has made the necessary changes but I feel it's my duty to share my experience. I was on kudzu just now looking for a physician and was reading other users' opinions on different doctors/practices. I find that helpful to make an informed decision....

I have been a patient of Dr. Alice Philip for two years. I have left the practice now. I have given Nadolne Family Medicine an overall rating of 3 and quality of 4 based upon her thorough care. This is where the positive reviews stop. The front desk staff is unfriendly, inept, and rarely do you get someone to answer the office phone. And when I have left a message on the prescription line or for Dr. Philip to call me back recently I have not received a phone call back either time. (And I left a message with a person in the office when I wanted to speak to Dr. Philip.) The practice requires that women have their annual physical and obgyn exam in TWO separate visits; they claim that is what insurance requires and for procedure coding reasons. I have spoken to my insurance company and they do not require that the two exams be split up. It is very inconvenient to have to go back twice and wait in the waiting room for at least 1/2 hour each time. My current physician does not require two visits and they have never heard of having to do so. And lastly, every physical/obgyn visit and lab visit I have had in the last two years, the front office has completely messed up on my billing for one reason or another. Incorrect procedure codes and charges were assigned to my account for all of these visits. It was so bad that the office person finally just had to "write off" all my charges that were made in error. The only billing they got correct was for my Fall, 2011 flu shot.

Dr. Nadolne is a truly great doctor, very concerned about his patients, and is passionate about the work he does. He's been our family physician for many years. He's worked with me, thru MediFast, to promote a healthier lifestyle for me, and it worked! Dr. Nadolne's staff are also very nice people to deal with and always pleasant to talk to.

I've been a patient of Dr. Brian Nadolne for about ten years. During that time I've had a chance to experience his knowledgeable and professional healthcare. But he has also demonstrated a personal concern for my health beyond the immediate need. From other sources I have also learned of his charitable work. I highly recommend Dr. Nadolne to my family, friends, and associates.

I just recently started going to Nadolne Clinic for alergy treatment. I can't say enough great things about this treatment!! I used to have sinus infections this time of the year and this year I haven't had one, I used to get sinus headaches, not anymore, I used to sneeze everyday, not now. Everyone who has alergies should be looking into this treatment,it really does work.

I have been seeing Dr. Nadolne for 5 years or so. There may be times that he is busy or it may seem that he pushes products, but at the end of the day he really cares. Once you get to know him you understand his motivation and just how deeply he cares for his patients. My wife and I are both very pleased with him as our doctor.

Dr. Alice Phillip is the worst doctor I have ever been to. Her main concern is about the money in her pocket opposed to the welfare of her patients. She won't give you referrals because she wants you to continue coming to see her. I was out of town for two months taking care of a family member and I let her know this prior to me leaving. I called her because I needed a referral to go to urgent care for the sinus infection and she gave me one. But about two weeks later my sinus infection returned and I needed to return to urgent care but she refused to give me another referral! She told me that if I'm going to stay out of state I need to get a new PCM. Obviously she didnt like the fact that I wasn't not coming in to see her and putting money in her wallet, so she would rather me suffer than give me a referral. I mean seriously that is when you know a doctor has no interest in the health of her patients. This is only one of the many issues I have had with her. Another issue I have with her is that she is one of those doctors that make you feel like your opinions or concerns are ridiculous. And if you have any unusual symptoms from medication she looks and responds to you as if you are crazy! I had pupil dilation from one of the medications she prescribed and I called her concerned...and all she said was how do you know your eyes or dilated? As if I am too ignorant to look in the mirror and be able to notice!

I have been going to Dr. Nadolne for about 3 years. He has more than provided cures to my aliments. Although, I have had to wait a few minutes more than I would like, he more than makes up with his knowledge. It is refreshing to find a doctor that understand the value of proper diet and nutrition. His approach to diet and exercise is key for good health. I have been following similar diets that emphasis correct mix of proteins, carbohydrate, and fats for over a year now and I am in the best shape of my life!

Dr. Nadoine first saw me in January. I am diabetic and my blood sugar was out of control, My A1c number was 10.5. Dr. Nadoine suggesred the Take Shape for Life program. After 3 months I have lost weight somewhat slowly but close to 30 pounds. I have been able to drop two medicines and reduce the amount of a third, My A1C number has dropped to 8.5 which is not where it needs to be but is a big step in the right direction. Dr Nadoine does push this program but it is because he has seen many success stories like mine. He is passionate to see patients become healthy and avoid painful side effects of disease. He is not motivated by gains from selling product. Dr, Nadonie calls me at least once a week and I text him regularly with questions and updates on my progress. He also conducts a weekly free support group for the Take Shape for Life patients. He goes beyond what any other Dr. that i have ever met has done. At the end of this program I feel I will be off of medicine and will be healthy and that the success will be permanent.

After being patients for a couple years, we are looking for another doctor. We are tired of hearing Dr. Nadolne talk a mile a minute and not listen to our concerns. He ordered an expensive test that our insurance did not cover without even explaining what it was for. We have been misdiagnosed, subject to treatment which made the condition much worse before it was diagnosed properly. We have had to wait more than an hour to see him and have had to waste the entire morning on a simple appointment. The reviewers who say he is a salesman and not a physician are correct. We are looking for a physician who really cares about his patients and is willing to listen to them.

I just wanted to take the time to say that Dr. Nadoine has been a great Doctor to me and my wife. Over the year we have improved my health and educated me on ways to stay healthy. I have told many people about him and would rate him as one of the best.

Doctor Nadoline has been my family physician for about 10 years. He has always provided phenomenal care for my wife and I. Not only does he provide excellent care, he educates us on the latest medical advances. I am extremely pleased by his ability to treat his patients like family and with equal importance. His staff are among the best that I have seen in the medical industry. I look forward to continuing my family's relationship with this doctor's office and continuing to learn more ways to keep my family healthy. I recommend anyone to invest time into seeing what the medical office is about. They are truly changing the face of medicine day by day.

Dr Brian Nadolne has been my parents' general practitioner since 2000, when they moved into assisted living, and continued to be after they moved in with me in 2003. I became a patient of his, at that time. I've been a nurse since 1988, have worked with many doctors and know quality in a health professional when it's there. Dr Nadolne is the perfect family doctor. His personality enables him to deal with all kinds of patients and all kinds of problems. His high standards cause him to stay very well educated. He values excellence. My age caught up with me recently, I began having certain symptoms, I went to him knowing he'd help me. It turned out I was having a heart attack. His office went into overdrive, but in a perfectly controlled, professional and effective way--they knew the drill--and I was in the hospital's cardiac lab within thirty minutes (that's FAST). There's no question in my mind that Dr Nadolne prevented my heart from being damaged. Dr Nadolne means business--that is, he means to help bring his patients to their highest level of health--while still having a great bedside manner. He'll be my family doctor for many years to come.
