In fall 2011 I went in for a sick apptm. Dr. Nadolne diagnosed a kidney infection. I was told I could get the meds from the office. The personnel gave me wrong meds. Fortunately I am careful and... inquisitive and when reading the label in the car I realized something was wrong. Went back into office to check and sure enough... In addition they were supposed to send labs out to confirm diagnosis, but when results never came back I called only to find out samples were never sent out. The year before i had excused another misstep from this practice which was that I had gone in for a physical and they concluded the physical (said i was done and could leave) without drawing blood for the lab-work. When I was getting ready to leave I informed them that vital part of my physical hadn't been done so they went ahead and did it at that point. I stopped going there, so I am not sure if since Dr. Nadolne has made the necessary changes but I feel it's my duty to share my experience. I was on kudzu just now looking for a physician and was reading other users opinions on different doctors. I find that helpful to make an informed decision.VIEW MORE »VIEW LESS »
This physician was rude and clearly does not keep up with current treatment techniques. He was rude and condescending to my wife. I would not recommend this office. They incorrectly noted a birthdate... on lab values, rendering the reference values useless then he said "well i never look at the reference values", REALLY and you call yourself a doctor. Sadly he and his partner DR Philips are clueless.VIEW MORE »VIEW LESS »

Dr. Philip saw me, she misdiagnosed me and provided incorrect lab test results, apparently she is not aware of the normal reference ranges for my age group. Had to wait a long time in the exam room and neither her or the medical assistant washed their hands before touching me. The office refuses to reimburse me for the wrong test results. Do yourself a favor and find another Dr.
Since I started going to Dr. Nadolne he has helped me to understand that being healthy is as important as weight loss. His wellness plan does work. I have lost over 70 lbs with his help. He cares about his patients and he talks to me about some of his products but he doesn't push them on me. And yes you may wait a little longer to see him but he gives each patient his full attention when he's with them. And no one can predict how long a visit will last because you don't know what is needed to fix it until you talked with him. And before you leave he makes sure you understand everything that has or is going to happen. A BIG Thank You Dr. Nadolne for helping have a better life.
I have been going to Dr. Nadolne for about 3 years. He has more than provided cures to my aliments. Although, I have had to wait a few minutes more than I would like, he more than makes up with his knowledge. It is refreshing to find a doctor that understand the value of proper diet and nutrition. His approach to diet and exercise is key for good health. I have been following similar diets that emphasis correct mix of proteins, carbohydrate, and fats for over a year now and I am in the best shape of my life!
After reading the reviews posted regarding Dr. Nadolne and his practice I have to respond. I find some of the reviews unfounded. I have been a patient with him for almost eight years and have been very pleased. I have never had a long wait or a time he seem distracted for my overall health. I highly recommend him and if you have questions regarding his practice... simply ask him.
My family has been going to Dr. Nadolne for about 3 years now. We moved to him mainly because his Nurse Practitioner, Stephanie, is awesome, and we love seeing her. He has consistently cut down her hours, so that she can now only work one afternoon a week, forcing us to see either him, or his partner, Dr. Philips. The problem with Nadolne is the WAITING. It is truly horrendous. After sitting in the waiting room for 45 minutes, you will sit in the examining room for just as long, if not longer. It is intolerable. My daughter was very ill last week, and when I took her in we could hear Nadolne in the next room, selling his wait loss system . I was furious that he would make a sick child wait over an hour, while he was off selling. Then, to top it off, our daughter had to go back and see him - another hour long wait. When my husband tried to call the office to check on her, he was told that they were on their lunch break, and the manager at the answering service REFUSED to transfer him to the Doctor's office, even though he knew our daughter was sitting there. Nadolne seems like a bright guy, but we can no longer take this kind of abuse, and are now looking for another physician
I have not experienced any of the delays and non-courteous behavior mentioned by the other reviewers here. I've been a patient of his for three years now. Dr. Nadolne seems to be very bright and really up to date with things related to my health concerns.
Somewhere lost sight of the fact that he is a doctor first and a business man second. He has become bot a poor doctor and poor business man because of it.
I have been seeing Dr. Nadolne for approx. 7 years. My daughter has seen him for approx. 4 years. The reason we sought him out was mainly because his office is so close to our home. His staff has been consistently rude, unprofessional, abrupt, and uncaring. They give one word answers on the phone and cut you off or sigh in mid-sentence. I had mentioned this to him twice and seemed concerned but did nothing about it for a couple years. He eventually fired all of them. My daughter had the same experience when she would call to make an appt and then I would have to call for her. This morning I had an appt at 8:30 for a physical and was put in a room at 8:40. I was very excited that we were moving right along. I left the office at 9:43 never seeing the doctor. I was so angry and disappointed once again. I was speaking to a friend at lunch later telling her of my extended wait and how I walked out. She asked me if I saw a Dr. in East Cobb, and I replied that I did. She asked if it was Dr. Nadolne, and I replied yes, wondering how in the world would you even guess that. She said to go to Google and look at all the reviews. She also stated that she saw him once and never again after he tried selling his facial system products to her. He also has informed me that most doctors are not only doctors they are salesmen! I was absolutely appalled at this statement. Then he told me he would like me to start selling his weight and diet system.
I think as a medical professional Dr Nadolne has some very competent methods and good experience. My early interactions with him were generally positive and he helped to identify some isues before they became significant. That's where the good experience ends. Over time, some of the problems I experienced: 1) waiting. always waiting. 2) front desk staff is unprofessional, seem to always be engaged in personal talk and bothered when they have to attend to patients, 3) record keeping is disastrous, unable to get them to provide follow up prescriptions and documentation without mistake after mistake. To the point it became a bit of a joke. 4) In follow up visits, Dr. Nadolne was preoccupied, couldn't easily follow my history, starting to fall back on routine responses. In a nutshell, Dr Nadolne needs to re-invent his practice and get the overall operation fixed before he can provide good family medicine.
He is the biggest joke of all time. Really a peddler of other goods and services. Will sell "lifestyle coaching", weight loss products, dermatology services etc, Everything but what you came in for. Totally misdiagnosed a problem on a visit,we ended up in the ER. Persuaded me not to see a specialist for as it turns out what could have been a life threatening situation had we not gone on my own. Very poor staff, doesn't return calls for RX refills. An accident waiting to happen!
This Dr. is not about caring for people unless you are a friend of his or go to his synagogue in which he will sing for you and make you a priority. Otherwise beware, you will get tests that aren't needed, you will be evaluated on whatever new gimmick he has in the office and yes he has a new thing he can make money on every so many months, but he will try to convince you that this is about YOUR HEALTH. Not everyone needed an xray when he had that machine but at least that seems legitimate in a medical practice. After that is was skin care products and everyone had skin issues, then it was laser and medical microderm abrasion, the latest is his diet program and everyone is needing to be optimally healthy, his way of saying your fat and i want your money, its a pyramid scheme in which he makes money off of everyone below him and everyone below them and so forth. He is a quack I wouldn't recommend him for anything. His new doctor I feel sorry for, she seems really knowlegeable and kind. Most of his staff is ok too, seems like he has a high turn over there so most likely his staff can't even work for him for too long a period of time. BEWARE find another doctor anyone is better than him.
Despite what some reviews say, Dr. Nadolne is caring and has an approach to preventive care that is lacking in the majority of other doctors. Yes sometimes there is a wait but he is a good doctor. Wait times seem to have improved since he opened a new office. He is thorough and goes through your medical history and answers all the questions you may have. It is true that at times he offers products as other review say, but usually because you need them. The products may or may not be effective, but the conditions to be treated are real. I appreciate that he cares enough to offer solutions to health issues you might have.
I have never met a quack face-to-face until I met Dr. Brian Nadolne. He did a very hard sell on his Medifast program. When my wife and I rejected the program he seemed to have no need for us. When he was writing up a prescription, he was grousing that he did not have my previous medical history. I told him he should have my medical history because his staff asked me to authorize Kaiser to release my medical history to them a month prior. He looked up at me with an icy, bitter stare and said, "You're joking right?" I said, "No, I signed a release to have Kaiser send you my medical records." He then tersely stated that he cannot control what Kaiser does and that if they don't send the records, they don't send the records. I countered that I didn't request the records. His staff requested the records and I only signed the release authorizing Kaiser to send them. Therefore, if his office places value on those records and if they are the ones who requested the medical records, then it is incumbent upon them to see to it that they are delivered. He got mad then and simply repeated what he had already said. That is when he really demonstrated his complete disregard for professionalism. I advise anyone seeking a competent doctor to look elsewhere.
